Best doctor I was able to find for my son. Dr. Zunigan, He is TRULY the best, very professional and will explain to you everything. He also speaks spanish which is a plus, but I am happy that finally I found a good doctor that listens to you and doesn't think you are overreacting to everything. He cares and gives great advice for new parents like me.

Horrible staff on the pediatric side of the office. Absolutely rude, lazy, and worthless. It is unfortunate because we actually like our Dr, however this staff has sealed our decision to seek another practice.

What a shame that laziness has become so prevalent.

We can't really rely on them. Multiple times I have called and left a message to get an appointment because my daughter is sick, and they don’t call back or take up to three days to respond.

I've never seen a doctor's office where NO ONE EVER answers the phone... You literally have to walk into the place to communicate anything to anyone... And when I walked into the office the two Hispanic girls at the front desk were LITERALLY SLEEPING with their heads down on the desk with NOT ONE patient in the waiting room... But all this is "ok" and what we've come to accept and expect in "health care" in America I guess.

Sometimes I cannot get through by phone all day. I have a Nurse Advocate that from insurance Co. She has experienced as well. The staff is very busy but when I go in they are curtious and on the ball. Never experienced rudeness-ever. My care provider listens intently before prescribing and offers suggestions. She is even helpful with referrals. I do not like the location. The front door is right next to a bar or party store with people standing outside drinking alcohol. The waiting room could use a little spiffing up.

The doctor is very good and professional, but the front desk is nothing like it, very rude, they don't answer the phone and when they do, they are not pleasant. Hope something is going to be done about this, please !!!

$ 500.00 INGROWN TOENAIL, WALKINGS WELCOME.!
this place charge me $92.00 for visit...
I take my son because a ingrown toenail so they charge me amount of $253.00 (with help lower price aplicacion)plus$ 36.00 for medicine, because infected ( was not maybe a little )I was working on it day before and trying to remove nail for my self, almost remove it,then applied some violet on the nail and finger(my fault)because the only thing I have it ,and wait for next day....
so the deep part of nail I cant remove it because need some "professional" help,so they see it and charge me but not remove nothing..because the color..(not infected) then give him medicine ,was antibiotics cream and pills for 10 days..!! no way! and charge me for two visits ,one for aplicacion day and other for visit!🤔🤔🤔?
then they send me to MCR palmetto pediatric, next five days, so doctor help to removed in a few seconds, and tell me, he dont need that amount of medicine and too many days for it (10),then the visit was $113.00 ,((waiting for extra charge on mail))
SO almost $500.00 for a ingrown toenail removal, really?
and while waiting inside the room at the end of consultation, they forgot we are inside...after many minutes....

Laressa is very rude when dealing with people and she makes fun of and laughs with Darnelle at them, especially those who speak little English. It would be better if they had a bilingual person who is more prepared to care for people who are paying for a service and deserve to be respected. The service after the reception is very good, the nurses are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and the doctor is very attentive
