They were OK at first. I was ordering my son's incontinence supplies from them. One day in May I called to place an order, they told me that they were waiting for insurance approval and after that I never heard from them.. I kept calling and calling to no avail, they kept telling me that the insurance company was denying the request, but when I called my insurance company they said that they did not deny the request and that it was an issue with the supply company. Eventually they canceled my order and everytime I would call they left me on hold forever and I never got a straight answer why they canceled my son's order.

I have been getting my daughter's diaper supplies from the for so many years, long before the name change. Back in July I called to place an order and was not able to. I called many times after that. I was told that that the insurance would not cover the supplies anymore. After I spoke to the insurance company, they said that was not true and they advised me to find another company.

I always got good service from this location, but closed sometime ago. I do not understand why they are still being listed as open locally.
