I just want to thank the staff for their care and patience as it is the busiest time of year. They took care of me as soon as they could. When you dont feel well and still have to wait in a clinic full of people waiting to be seen for the same thing. They are trying their best, that's why I keep going back. I hope you all have the same experience and patience for the staff nurses and physicians.

I’m completely impressed!!!! That’s one thing that I love about Odessa is they have a wonderful facility that has a hospital, urgent care, a pediatrics wing, women’s facility, everything this hospital is huge and the urgent care isn’t connected but that’s where I came today the doctor was awesome and hopefully I can get a problem I have taken care of with my referral where he’s sending me! ✌️😊👍

Been going there for years and it’s always been good. Except this past time I went because I was leaking clear fluid from my nose and I told them I was suspecting a csf leak, nope, according to them it was allergies, had zero signs of allergies, just looked in my nostril and said allergies. I explained to them how this happened to my sister and we had the same symptoms and was completely ignored, I was sent home with two meds for allergies that did nothing for me. Guess what? I do have a CSF leak that I’ve had for over a mont now. I need surgery to fix it. If they would of listened and would of checked me right I would of been ok sooner. Never going back here again.

We had a great experience with front desk clerk and nurses so I hate writing such a low review bc they were amazing! BUT my daughter was misdiagnosed on Saturday which led us to an ER visit on Sunday. I am guessing the NP didn’t know what was wrong so she told us she had an ear infection which was odd because we didn’t even go in for ear pain. In the exam room, I told her she hasn’t complained at all of ear pain and my daughter (9) told her my ears don’t hurt. She then tells us “it’s really deep” in the canal. So we go home with a very strong antibiotic that she was taking for two days and she didn’t even need. I had them check her ears in ER and the Dr stated no ear infection at all. If your child is sick, maybe try a different spot!

For an urgent care, they weren’t very urgent. We were there almost 3 hours, for a fingernail removal that took 5 minutes. The staff was very nice, received excellent care, they just need to work on their wait times.

After 40 minutes of waiting just to fill out paperwork, we were told they couldn't treat my husband's problem. We told the lady at the screening station why we were there and the receptionist who checked him in. It wasn't until the 3rd person we went through that we were told we had to go to another clinic for the services he needed. There was also no separation between patients with cold/ flu/ covid symptoms and patients who weren't sick. Everyone was just bunched together in a very small space that filled up quickly.
