I took my uncle for a follow up appointment. It's a nice facility, but a little confusing on main entrance and there was no reception. The check-in is for lab work only.

We had seen Dr. Okafor previously and she was wonderful. Due to her girl in the front and her rude demeanor we won't return. She acts like we are bothering her to call for an appointment. She told us to go to walk in/urgent care or wait till end of August. Very unfortunate. I hope Dr. Okafor sees this... your staff can run off your patients really fast.
