I saw Dr. Lim’s reviews, and was excited to find a doctor that seemed was going to be very caring and knowledgeable. When I arrived, she didn’t conduct any sort of physical. She asked questions but when I gave her my concerns, she was very unprofessional. She refused to look at any of my concerns, and instead referred me to 3 different speciality doctors and bloodwork.

I was then set up with what she explained as a “quick phone call” to review my bloodwork, all of which I was able to get online to see was within normal ranges. The “phone call” was scheduled for 2pm. I called at 2:30, as I was waiting for a call from her. I was told by the receptionist that “Dr. lim is running behind and there is no way of telling when she will call.” I waited for hours. I did not get a call until after 5:00pm and was told by Dr. Lim that my bloodwork was fine and that was pretty much it. Fast forward a couple months later, and they billed me for an office visit. This was not an office visit and was barely even a telemedicine visit. I called to have them re-bill my insurance to telemedicine, even though I don’t think it should have been billed at all. They said they would fix it. I was then sent the bill AGAIN. I called again and asked them to fix it and explained the whole situation.

I will never go back to this doctor again. She is highly unprofessional and just does the bare minimum to bill insurance and get paid.

Dr.Joy Lim is the best doctor in town. Her integrity as Family Md has made her patient feel good. Her heart of helping the patient has been relentless and gladly appreciated. She is knowledgeable of her practice. This Doctor will sit with her patient for more than you can imagine in order for the pt to know her condition and the best part is she listens to the pt concerns. This clinic has been very warm in welcoming patient and very friendly atmosphere. I am happy to be a patient and i will recommend the Dr.Lim to all my friends and family.

I’m very happy to have a Doctor to be with professionalism & care. My experience with Dr. Lim was a very different from my previous experiences elsewhere. It feels like she had a magic that when you come in with a big problems in your face & when you left you have a smiley face. She made me feel that I was in a safe hands. Even the staff like Luis & Erma are very helpful, they treat me like with tender loving & care because they really do care. Dr. Lim you are the best. Dr. Lim is a very, professional and caring doctor. Through in her treatment and diagnosis. I feel very comfortable with her recommendations and diagnosis of illness or problems. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a small, caring staff and extremely competent GP. She listens and truly cares. She takes excellent care of my wife who has many issues. I wish there were more practitioners like Dr. Lim!

Dr. Lim is my favorite doctor of all time. I arrived at her clinic with a total lack of energy. She took the time to talk with me, something not many doctors do, and then tested my blood and found that my testosterone was out of balance and that I had a problem with my thyroid. Due to a faulty thyroid and just getting older, I lost much more hair than expected. Dr. Lim quickly got my testosterone levels back on track, and my thyroid is working correctly. I feel so much better and happy to have my energy back. She mentioned that she does PRP treatments which could help restore my thinning hair. After only two treatments, my hair is coming back better than I could have ever expected.
I look forward to the results of more treatments of PRP therapy. So, not only do I feel better, I look better thanks to Dr. Lim and her friendly staff.

Dr Lim is amazing. Professional and thorough and it was the finest initial examination I’ve ever had. Couldn't of asked for better care and service. My last doctor ignored my lab results for Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. DR .LIM addressed it right away. She had me go get labs done again and was so informative on my condition. She put me on medication right away and is helping me throughout this. Staff was super amazing and kind.
