Blew my knee out. Called yesterday to ensure that their Radiology department is available to include MRI. They said yes. I came here to day on Christmas and OF COURSE they don't have anything available. I wish I could be as inept at my job.

They charge me over $400 to spend 10 minutes speaking with the surgeon. This outfit is owned by enterprise hospital and when you contact them to complain about the charge they tell you it’s out of their hands that there’s a company that does the billing.
