Hoping this helps a few folks out there looking for help. I got treatment at McCollum for a frozen shoulder due to dislocated shoulder back in June 2022. Before walking in, I had pain in my shoulder at night, during the day and even during some basic movements. I honestly didn't know what to expect but I was willing to give it a try due to the amazing staff and support. They started me off with TRT (Tissue Regen Treatment) and adjustment after. At first I thought this was excessive but as soon as I started seeing results it all began to make sense. I went through 13 visits and at the end of my last visit I can easily confirm that my pain in my shoulder is gone, the range in lifting up my arm has increased significantly and still progressing. I don't think these results would have happened if I did nothing. I've also met with a surgeon to review my MRI and they both mentioned to me "whatever you are doing, keep doing it because it is forward progress" and didn't recommend any surgery. Thank you so much for all the wonderful care and results. I know it is still a long journey ahead and I'm not 100% (yet) but this was more than what I expected after my first step walking in. Thank you again for getting me the care I needed and for providing me with the results I desired. I am also extremely active person so I can happily say I am back in the water and doing the things I love to do 🙂 Highly recommended and will be back! Thank you!

I received diagnostic procedures and a sound based treatment (TRT). Everyone in the office was respectful and helpful. When the scan code for more info about the hydrogen+water didn't work they quickly emailed me the right link. For my personality I am put off by people who seem overly friendly. A couple of the staff come across like that. The woman who did the the TRT treatment seemed less affected and more genuine and just easier to be with. The person who did the nerve testing was pretty straight forward too.
Although the intake form asked for my insurance, I paid for this appt ($99) w/o any explanation about whether or not they take insurance. I'll find out when I go for my next appointment to go over my tests/images.

Dr McCollum has helped me tremendously. I was in terrible pain when I first came in. He took xrays, went over what was causing my pain, and went to work on getting me back to normal. I am SO much better! The staff is also amazing. It’s a welcoming, friendly environment focused on wellness. I highly recommend McCollum Family Chiropractic.

Dr. Duncan and the entire staff are amazing!! Beyond the exemplar chiropractic care, you can’t help but leave the office in a better mood than when you walked in. Support staff are extremely warm and friendly. Smiles all around.
I have committed to my treatment plan and can already move better, with less pain.
