This is my first time submitting a review, but if I can stop another person from dealing with what I had to then so be it. I had shoulder surgery and was hoping for the one week grace easy surgery but ended up with a month of the brace and three anchors and live bone cut off in two places. Told to start physical therapy in two weeks, which once you start somewhat feeling better from the surgery you will start all over once you start movement. I say all this to say they give you two weeks of pain meds regardless of what surgery you have and when I called the girl was sarcastic and rude, saying it’s on the paperwork, to which I said yeah all places say that have limitations but it’s based on the surgery!! I think they get a kick back from the States “Value Based Incentive Program” but either way I would rather stay in pain than deal with condescending people! DO you research before making a life changing decision, especially if it’s a painful one! Dr. Woodson did my surgery and I have no complaints with how it went, he seems like he is very skilled in surgeries! It’s the after care where he seems to discard his patients. Although I have not been able to speak with him the individual I spoke with made it clear it did not matter.

Friendly service. DR Margo was attentive to what I was saying. Made a decision on what corse of action to take. They were to call in a prescription but when we went to pick it up it had not been called in. Tried to call office but all you get is a answering machine. After leaving a message no call back. We live in a rural area and had to come back home with no prescription and the thought that we may have to go back in town just to pick it up. Very inconvenient.

Torn L/ACL back in 07’ & was made aware it would need replaced eventually. We’ll eventually showed up last year. My primary care sent me to Dr Johnson & I was very impressed. She was not only very knowledgeable but easy to understand, knowing we didn’t all go to med school and explained in terms I understood. She was going to show me my MRI but their cpu had a glitch & we decided to discuss it prior surgery. About 6 weeks out or so. I called every 4-5 days to see when I was to return or schedule my procedure. Every time I called they (the Dr’s) were all in Norman. After 3-4 months I again called but this time I called my insurance company only to find out they never called to get approval to schedule surgery in the first place!
So I don’t doubt Dr Johnson would have done a great job but finding out was another issue entirely. I guess Alice or whomever was tasked with the job of taking care of patient scheduling DID NOT BOTHER to do so. So if you do see Dr Johnson ask her to schedule your surgery or it’ll never get done.
