The Racial tension In the orthodontic office is very much felt. Below is my view from the corner I was placed in to wait, while my partner is in another room being screened 10/10 would not recommend.

My experience with the ophthalmology department here has been horrible. I had three appointments where I had to wait for each appointment for 4-6 weeks. My experience with the doctor was satisfactory in terms of the examination process, but they wasted four months of my time and didn't perform the procedure that was required to be done because the medical director there wanted to avoid 'liability if anything goes wrong or if patient doesn't follow up'. Not that it was a complicated procedure either, it was a simple 15 minute incision. Avoid at all costs and go to a more professional clinic. The doctors assistant responsible for appointments and communication was absolutely irresponsible. She never took calls on the two telephone numbers she provided me, never called when she promised to call and never even called back. She never let me know anything and the few times she did pick up on repeatedly called, she told me to call after a few days when she again didn't pick up the phone. I ultimately gave up on her. I was going here because I liked the doctor and he is thorough in his examination but this clinic is not worth the hassle. After three months I still haven't had the procedure because of these guys and I have to start the process with a new hospital and doctor.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to.
February of this year I had blood work done and no one bothered to call me to let me know that there could be a problem with my Kidneys. I have been taking Ibuprofen 800mg for my Arthritis in my knees which could be way my Kidney count was low. I was scheduled for a followup one month later after the blood work was done.
So when I went I told the Dr. I had not gotten the results of the blood work done in Feb. When the Dr. looked it up she referred me to a Kidney Specialist.
I will never refer anyone to this place.
They should all be ashamed of themselves for they all took the same oath

After reading some of the reviews, I was motivated to write one. Based on my experiences at different medical places where I have received medical services, I may say that I have been very pleasantly surprised of this entity. It is the only place where I feel like at home, a home away from home. The atmosphere is totally different from other places. I feel welcome, appreciated and preventive health care can be practiced to the maximum. The attitude of the personnel is outstanding, greeting with a smile all patients, providing food among the waiting patients. It is a place where one wants to be. I must commend the management for such an exemplary business operation.

Stay Away. No Vengan aca. Que horror. This center is full of rude and unprofessionals starting with Juan Alvarez, the lady in charge of the pharmacy, the one in charge of transportation and the manager. No one knows what they are doing, starting with the "dr" Juan Alvarez. Can't find test results, not in the chart nor in the computer system. Insist of knowing what the issue is without fulling listening to the patient> If he doesn't have time to listen to patient then should not be practicing. The lady in charge of the pharmacy is super rude as if we are personally taking money from her. I do not know why she is working there she has no manners at all should not we working with sick elderly. Transportation lady also is rude she know people there are old and hard of hearing needs to go around making sure the person is aware that transportation is there to take patient pack home. The office manager does nothing but walk around as she was in a fashion show. Do yourselves a favor and Avoid this center. Oh and the staff also pockets what is suppose to be for the members. This center needs to be investigated.

Good morning. To all my followers. I give this Medical Center, five stars. I will explain. I have been struggling, to find a good place, to take care of my health needs. A place, where I can be treated, with treatment, in the proper way. It's taken me six years, to find a medical center like this. The staff here is unbelievable. It is very, Latin orientated. You must be 55 years or older, to become a client here. The doctors are wonderful. I came in here, with a body, wrecked, full of health issues. Within one year. They have helped to heal me, of most of my health issues. Doctor Juan Alvarez, he's amazing. He pinpoints my issues so, immediately. And starts me on the proper medical treatment. I basically am indebted, with, my good health, to this doctor. The staff, at customer service, is awesome they greet you, with a good morning smile. They help to suit your needs. The nurses are also very, trained, in health. They offer all types of medical assistant. Here at this location. They have a large physical therapy department. Full of kind staft. They have a complete lab here. They do x-rays here. You have the results, of your x-rays, in minutes. Blood work must go out, but comes back very quickly from their local lab. It's about time, the city of North Miami, has such a wonderful helpful, Medical Center. For people my age. They accept, most Medicaid, and Medicare. As well as, private insurance. I do believe, you can also pay in cash. Or through debit, or credit card payments. Mostly Latin clients. But they are not Prejudice, over religion, race, or Creed. They will accept anyone. If you are having health issues, this is the place to come to. The horrible, experiences, that I have had with medical centers. Has finally ended. Thanks to mbmg Medical Center. Please feel free, to ask any questions, or any concerns, that you might have, about this location Center. There is also a valet parking assistant. Wonderful guys. Please tip them kindly. It's in underground parking garage. Full of security cameras. Very safe, to leave your vehicle here. Which is rare, in the city of North Miami. I feel totally safe with my car being parked here. Once again I hope, I have been helpful today, to my faithful followers. And anyone else, that might be reading my reviews. I take joy, in what I do. As a Google local guide assistant. I do this free of charge. Of my old free will. It fulfills me, on a daily basis, to help others in need, may it be dining experiences, purchases, of appliances, safety issues etc etc etc. And full and complete, and honest, results, and reviews, on businesses. Been here twice. Showed up early. Not seen for 1 to 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. Everyone is nice but they don't have any extended hours and two hours in waiting room is NOT Acceptable. Will be finding a new Dr.

I have been seen in this medical practice for over 10 years. They have been exceptional. Very professional and caring staff. Every health issue that they have treated, I have gotten the proper immediate treatment and gotten well.
