This facility provides services to employees with only work related injuries. So, my experience has been good. Our employer sends us here all the time. Some people like it and some don’t. So the reviews are mixed and varies depending on the sustained injury. I’m assuming because of the constant change in doctors and PA’s. But as for me, my experience has been pleasant. Especially with the physical therapy staff. Mr. Eric and Ms. Richard’s are excellent therapists. They know their stuff and do their best to help you heal and get back to 90% as much as possible. Thank you staff for making my sessions worthwhile.

I love how festive the clinic was decorated! As someone who loves to decorate myself I definitely appreciate the work put into making it look so fun and inviting!
Unfortunately I injured myself while working (big whoops!) and my job sent me here to get checked out before returning back safely! Thank you for the kind care and for clearing me to returning back to what I love doing! 10 stars if it were possible!

Just wanted to take a minute to shout out the clinic for their exceptional service and next level care. Everyone exhibited professional courtesy from the moment of entry til I left the facility. When a clinc runs smoothly and succinctly, it removes long wait times which for me removes anxiety.

I'd also like to note that their Holiday decor was already in full effect, boosting the Holiday cheer! Thanks again everyone!

My work sent me here after I got hurt. Staff was really nice and listened to my concerns. I've never been hurt at work before and they were really patient with me explaining everything. I wish I hadn't gotten hurt, but I'm glad that there are clinics like this that treat us well and help us navigate the process. I've heard horror stories about worker's comp injuries before, but this place made me feel really supported and positive about the experience!

My husband got sent here because of a work injury. He had a very pleasant experience over all. I’m so thankful for Jennifer that made everything more easy, but the most important thing she help my husband feel comfortable and safe. My husband doesn’t know English and Jennifer help him translate. If you are ever in this facility Jennifer is amazing!!! and also bilingual.

I’ve been a patient for different injuries and always happily satisfied with their intake staff, physical therapists and doctors. Not only are they professional and respectful but they’re friendly and attentive with great personalities.

1. Rapid PCR Test: $195 / Next day: $175
2. Parking: No validation $15. Human feces everywhere.
3. Waiting line (receptionist): flowing outdoors.
4. Waiting (Covid Test) line: outside the facility, backdoor designed for shipping and receiving.
Parking lot, no heater.
5. Time elapsed between the appointment time and actual test: 45Minutes.

Bottom line:
Get an FDA approved self-test kit. The only "Reliant" aspect here revolves around collecting your money and mucous (for $195).
