Been with them for Years -couldn't ask for better service guy,,,Jarvis and some he has trained* Communication as far as equipment is a another story*Report an outage on scooter and how much it's need because of lack of enough oxygen to walk any distance ,still waiting to hear from Shepard,have also requested right book since last year have yet to receive Just don't feel like it's important enough*also have a concentrator that goes up and down in loud, when you're on a 24 hours it's hard to sleep if it gets very loud. I know we're not the only ones that they have so we try to be patient but......... These things are part of our daily life. Thanks for listening okay

I have had such a bad experience with this company. First, I experienced a more than 2 week delay because they told me multiple times that they could not find my physician's order or authorization. I was so persistent, they did a search (because I told them THEY had called me two weeks ago) and they found that they had entered my last name incorrectly and failed to enter the birth date. This was after my physician sent the orders again (and the fax confirmation from 2 weeks ago) and after I RESENT the authorization from my electronic medical record.

I finally received a call today to schedule an appointment to come in and I was told I would have a copay for set up and monthly use. This is false. I have a copy of the benefits online (attached) that I tried to email but they refused to give out email addresses or even last names. I called the insurance representative and confirmed with the insurance company that I have $0 copay and $0 out of pocket for this service since the type of insurance I have uses an authorization process and should never have a copay. It took me 3 calls today alone to Mayhugh's. The manager said that their "insurance department called and verified I have a copay". Wrong answer.

It is a shame that they won't go to bat for the customer.

Well deserved 5 stars. My experience was great from beginning to end. Tess is awesome and easy to talk with. She explained everything thoroughly to me. I appreciate her positive attitude and look forward to continuing to use Mayhugh for future needs.

Excellent and thorough instructions given in a wonderful manner for my first time using a cpap machine. I was nervous but Tess explained everything so well and made me feel at ease. She has a wonderful personality!

You can always count on professional, knowledgeable and caring support being provided. They work diligently to ensure that you have the proper equipment and that the details required to facilitate billing with your insurance or MEDICARE is accurate and meets all requirements. From initial contact to home delivery and set up the service can't be done with more caring and professionalism! Thank you so much from a long time CPAP user for the wonderful services!

It took way too long to get my new Cpap machine. I was given wrong email addresses, I had to have the doctor reports sent to me, and my Pulmonary doctor and his staff had to personally work on this during my appointment to make sure I got it.
I’m not complaining about the lady that delivered it and set it up for me. She was very good and professional l .
I went without the Cpap therapy for several months.

I have not had any real customer service experience from this company the both times I have had to go through them for my disability needs. Both times my doctor has ordered me walking assistance devices it took months and numerous calls back to my doctor office to have them contact them to get any help. They did not work with me with my insurance to help me with out of pocket costs for my rolling walker that I had my doctor order back in November. After speaking with my insurance company I was told that my device should have been covered. I paid put of pocket for only because of the necessity for it. So hopefully they will work on customer service. I wish then the best.

Needed medical equipment to return home from the hospital and during the recovery period. Had everything ready to go home the night before and came back to my house the next day and checked up on me and brought more supplies. Super nice young man, very knowledgeable about all the equipment.
