The office staff is often favored over nurses, even when evidence is presented. Termination may occur despite evidence to the contrary. The management is severely lacking, and I would strongly advise against seeking employment with this company. Annalee exhibited highly unprofessional behavior. This is undoubtedly the worst company I have ever encountered.

I enjoyed working with the nurses that were onboarded during my tenure there as well as the internal clinical staff. I've also enjoyed working with the recruiters that were there as well however, management in this office is EXTREMELY poor. They belittle their employees and all the work is put on just one person. They do not offer overtime which was extremely needed especially when it gets busy and when 1 person is doing all the work. The miscommunication here is beyond absurd. The turnover rate here for internal employees is very high. Overall, not a bad company to work for as they have great benefits and they are located everywhere which makes transferring to another office quite easy as long as the position is available. Keep in mind that NOT ALL Maxim branches are like this but this particular branch needs ALOT of improvement when it comes down to management.

Great company to work with. They especially care about their patients and have the friendliest people working in their home health care office (especially Morgan - shes the best). You can trust them with any requests you have and they will help in an efficient and friendly manner!

Started with them last fall and have found great assignments that meet my available schedule. As an LPN nurse I am very satisfied with the work they provide me and my earnings are competitive with different facilities I have worked for in the past. If you like variety they provide you with different cases or even permanent cases thru out the valley. I will continue to work hard for Maxim as they keep me busy with assignments

They make things very difficult for me and as well as his care giver. I would not recommend this healthcare service as I’ve only had 1 consistent nurse out of the 4 years I’ve been in Arizona . Maximum has made it hard for me to get my son the care he need because of the nurses. There has been multiple days in a week of them calling saying I couldn’t get a nurse that day because the nurse canceled and they have no one else... I have been going through nothing but trouble with this company and I would not recommend this company to anyone who cares for the well being of their loved one .

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR

Amazing, in the beginning. Then the constantly getting paid incorrectly started. Once a month I was on the phone with the office support to get my checks corrected and still was told I had to wait. My final check, which was only paid in half, I contacted them and they told me they “lost my timecard” but happen to find it once I was on the phone with them. AGAIN, was told I would have to wait to receive my pay. The support was beyond rude and truly did not seem to care. Do not work for this company.
