I have met many great people at Maxim over those years, but Dora Nivar surpasses them all.
Working as a recruiter, she always has time for me when I call her to address any concern, and returns my call in a timely manner if she is unable to answer me right away.
Dora is dependable and very competent. She loves her job.

I enjoy working with maxim so much. I have been working with them for almost 6 years now and it has been in my opinion the best company to work homehealth with. They’re so accommodating with my schedule and readily available if I feel like I need to refresh on some of my skills. Wally has been my coordinator through out my time with Maxim. She is always on call, always adapting to my schedule, always looking for “right” cases for my schedule and always offering extra work shifts if I need.

The nurses also have been great to work with. Great communication, sometimes
we call and text throughout our shifts just so everyone is on the same page and up to date. I will always recommend maxim for my nursing friends

I’m one of the nurses with Maxim. I have been with them for over five years now. All of the staff at the office are nice. They also make sure that you have the skills you should have before they send you out to care for their clients.
Wally is one in a million. She is my coordinator since the beginning. I would not ask for a better one. She’s a put herself in your shoes kind of person, which is a quality every human should have. She’s very understanding and, also a phone call away when I need her. She’s good at what she does.
As you know the employees of a company makes the company. I only wish that they would pay the nurses a bit more than what they’re paying us.
