This clinic left me crying after refusing to fill my prescription the day that I need it the most, on Oct 25 I called in because I have thyroid medication I had lost the last few that I had, and I explained to the MANAGER that I had lost them and that if it was possible to get a fill she told me I had to call Publix instead so I did, when I called back because publix said that they had to submit the prescription
I told the manager that I would be self pay with the medication because I had just lost my insurance for the month of October, she immediately turned rude and told me I was wasn't going to be a patient anymore and that they will not fill this emergency medicine that they know I have to drink everyday. I got my insurance and not going anywhere near this place. I understand that they weren't obligated but I expected more as a human, lucky for me I was able to get help through and online page that gave me tips on what I can do in this situation. I had been without my medication about two weeks and it messed me bad from my reproduction systerm to swing moods and depression, I'm bless to have my medication today and I wasn't even going to make a review because I was just so happy and then I found this gem in my mailbox so I just want to say thank you @maxhealth for the head and notifing me with time.

There is no way that this place reviews are correct. Shanice Palmer was one of the worst doctors I have ever met in my life. Very argumentative, very snooty, likes to look down on people. I will never ever return here. They also will charge you for things you have not done. They are complete rip off. I’m screaming from the top of my lungs. Please get another doctor. Do not see Shanice Palmer. And beyond that the place isn’t very clean. You expect to walk into a doctors office and it be clean. Don’t expect that there.
