The service technician Jose is outstanding. However, the office staff needs customer service training. Also they can't seem to repeat the same order. Everyone I require supplies, they send different stuff. It is very frustrating. Jose is the the only reason they get a positive review.

Needing to come home on oxygen was scary enough. Jose came to the hospital and showed me everything. Calmed my jitters. I was so happy to see him as my home agent. Office people were more than helpful and things moved along without any issues.

Our technician Jose is great! However, the office staff need to improve on their patient notes and information. We were given faulty oxygen equipment our first couple of months, a main machine and a concentrator, and also had arguments with a particular office person over her lack of correct information.
