I had a great experience with Christy, the sonographer/ultrasound technician. She was so thorough, answered every question she could and just overall had great bedside manner. Not only that but she explains what she’s look at/for which for me is very helpful. I’ve definitely got that first time mom panic and she put my mind at ease, which I’m so grateful for. I can’t remember the doctor’s name but he was also helpful and kind.

Can be a little difficult getting a hold of them but if you leave a voicemail they do get back to you. They do get busy so keep that in mind if rescheduling. They’re also on lunch until 1pm so I wouldn’t get there too early if you have a 1pm appointment.

The front desk gals were sweet, and checked me in right away. Whitney (receptionist,) was also so nice and helpful and helping me set up my next appt quickly with no hassle. My ultrasound tech Kristy is seriously the tech I prayed for. She is caring, kind, and she talks during the ultrasound. She asked about my day, my family, so many sweet things. By the end of the ultrasound, I felt like I knew her— like she was part of my family. When techs are silent, it is NOT healthy for mamas because our mind just begins to worry and wonder. In addition, I met with Dr. Bush and she was great at explaining things, and didn’t make me feel rushed with my questions. She also seemed very genuine and was a great listener. I am hoping the rest of my visits are as great as this one.

Dr Damon is super charming with a humorous and pleasant bedside manner. The staff & radiologists are always in a pleasant mood. I don’t often give reviews either as most places are neutral in their daily routine but this place adds comfort to any uneasy pregnancy emotions.(two ultrasound for fetal growth scans)

I was referred here by my OB Dr from another Hospital for a CVS test.
Receptionist sucked and weren’t really friendly on the phone or when I was in the office. Good luck trying to call them and for them to answer.

The nurse and Dr bush was very nice! I’ll give them that. Super great experience for that.

HOWEVER they do not listen to you when you tell them NO for an additional test and then do it anyways and charge your insurance. Now I get to fight this claim with my insurance on their incompetence.

My husband and I can't put into words how amazing our experience was working with the Magella Medical Group at Saddleback.

Whitney, who is a Patient Associate Rep. at Magella, was the first person that we dealt with over the phone. She was so sweet and so helpful and when we communicated the time sensitive nature of our situation she made sure to get us in right away for an appointment and even helped us get all of the necessary medical records and test results together from my ob office in preparation for my apt.

I just had my apt. for my amniocentesis procedure yesterday which involved a very detailed ultrasound prior to the procedure, etc. and both the technician (Azam) and the doctor (Dr. Michael Haydon) were so kind and knowledgable and just had the absolute best bedside manner. I am so grateful that I was able to work with such kind souls during a very scary and stressful situation. I cannot recommend this place enough.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with every person we interacted with over the phone and in the office. The entire team showed compassion and professionalism in all of our interactions. Whitney and Jhanin were extremely helpful in scheduling and provided a friendly/caring welcome into the office. Christy, our Sonographer, greeted and immediately put us at ease with many of our stresses. She was knowledgeable, warm, and made a world of difference in our experience. Dr. Day clearly explained all information to us and was thorough in addressing all of our concerns. We highly recommend this team and cannot thank them enough!

My technician was superb and the doctor was outstanding. It was so easy to make an appointment and I didn't have to wait at all. The appointment went faster & smother then I expected and I got my ultrasound photos that evening. 11/10 would recommend!

Dr. Bush. Is very intelligent, caring & efficient.The stars aligned & I got super lucky to be under her care for my second pregnancy.

My first pregnancy was difficult. I had a lengthy hospital admission before delivery & baby had NICU time ( in SF). It was rough 🤕.

Dr. Bush didn't undermine my anatomy or bleeding. She watched us closely & No, NICU time for baby. Thank you.
