I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Janet’s exceptional care and kindness. After my double mastectomy and flat closure, Janet was a beacon of empathy, understanding, and support. She took the time to listen to me and truly heard my needs, making the entire process of fitting me for my prosthetics and bras feel not only comfortable but also incredibly reassuring.

Janet’s professionalism was matched only by her warmth and genuine compassion. She made me feel seen, respected, and cared for in a way that is rare to find. In a world that often lacks such genuine human connection, Janet is a reminder of the incredible impact one person can have on another’s life.

She is an amazing human being, and we need more people like her in this world. I am truly blessed to have had her help during such a vulnerable time in my life. May God bless her for the difference she makes in so many lives.

The lady that took care of me there was great! I had an appointment that I was late for and she waited for me. She was patient with me as I tried on the different styles of bras that she had available. She make sure everything fitted me properly & made me feel comfortable as this was a new experience for me.

Not happy at all. Spent $70 on a bra that my forms would not for into. They told me to open up the slit when I got home and my forms are still too big for the opening. Cannot return the bra. They had to have known this when I bought it if they are "experts". Will never go here again. Feel like they just wanted to sell something. This store is for breast cancer patients and survivors and this is how you are treated!!!

This company sold my 88 year old mother two forms she did not need and charged her credit card $800, promising that insurance would reimburse us...which they have not. BEWARE.

The merchandise is VERY expensive and delivery of the product isnt in a timely manner. When we would call to check on delivery we always got "it will be in at the end of the week and you should rexieve it yhe beginning of next week". ""The beginning of next week"" took 4 months.
