Drove to Cerritos to check this place out because of great ratings on Yelp. It did not disappoint. Place is spacious and clean. Michael is very informative and knowledgeable about each machines pros and cons and was extremely patient and attentive even though he was juggling between two customers. We never felt neglected. They have a good range of massage chairs and would be able to recommend to you according to your needs and price. Highly recommend you look for Michael. Just make sure you set aside time so you can test them.

I wish I could give Alan more than 5 Stars. I felt compelled to write this review and I didn't even receive my chair yet. I never bought a chair I never sat in. Out east we are very limited with what we can sit in. This time I did it this way because I thought I was missing out with what was all out there. Bought it off massage chair relief on line with more to choose from. This will be my 5th high end massage chair. What I had before isn’t high end now but it was when I bought it. I probably had one of the first massage chairs ever made by Panasonic. I found he was very upfront with me. Never tried to bull shit me once. There’s a saying I guess in the massage chair business. It’s not whats the best massage chair. It’s what is the best massage chair for you. He’s got something there you will like. Trying to sell you something that’ you won’t like could cause him a headache later. His best bet is to sell you something you like. Let’s start with this. His stores have a 4.8 to 5.0 google rating on google reviews. Unheard of. He has no complaints on on the BBB. This is who I wanted to buy my chair from. I got to tell you. I’m really nervous and excited. But I did my homework. Listen to what he said. Watched a lot of his videos and at the end I know Im going to like it. But the good stuff doesn’t end there. When I finally said write it up. He come back to me with a lower price and I guess he could with that particular chair. Who does that. I said take my money and he said don’t need that much on that chair. So there’s a lot of people out there selling chairs. Most important thing about massage chairs is support. Never had a massage chair that didn’t need fixed. You have a problem and you read the agreement that’s actually in large print and he ask you over and over to read I’m pretty sure you won’t have a problem with him and what he is responsibly for. I’m am not concerned. The manufactures , you might have to kick them in the ass a little but I never had a massage chair they didn’t honor the warranty. Because I bought chairs of well know manufacturers. I never went cheap on massage chairs. You do get what you pay for. And the last thing. If your not a business and your a residential customer. Meaning for home use. After the labor warranty ends and if chair breaks he will fix it. LIFE TIME. Years 4 and 5 if you get that warranty the manufacturer pays for the parts. He fixes it. After that. You pay for the parts. He fixes it. Please check me on that but pretty sure that what I read. But by that time if you use the hell out like I do it might be time to get a new one. But if not, it’s a cheaper fix. My last massage chair has about 7,000 massages on it. No kidding. Still going good. Don’t buy junk. He doesn’t sell junk. Not in his best interest. Oh. Final note. All massage chairs are made in China. If they made here. The parts are from China put together here. Not sure how that all shapes out with the Japanese chairs but all chairs pretty much made over seas one way or another.

I am so happy to get massage chair from this store. I got Infinity IT-8500 X3 and never been disappointed. The chair is so comfortable with strong kneading and pressure from airbag. From my experience since I went to many stores around I feel more comfortable with Michael's service. He is so helpful and honest about his information. If you know what I mean when you go to other stores and they give you to test the most expensive ones and feel too pushy to buy. Michael gave me and my husband more time to try and work around with our budget. Another the most important is after sale service. Michael and his massage-chair-relief team are great team work. Since I have the chair for 2 years and my chair shoulder zipper broke. They helped me to contact and get replacement with installation for free! Lifetime warranty is so legit! I phoned massage chair relief of California and spoke with Mike after doing my research. Mike explained that the massage chair I was looking at had been around for ten years and their was updated technology. Picked a chair that I liked that was in my price range. The Ogawa Active XL 3D. Paid over the phone. Received my chair four days later delivered and set up (upstairs). Had some questions about the chair that I could not find in the manual. Called Mike he put me on FaceTime and explained everything perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with Massage Chair Relief and especially with Mike whom I have never met in person. Thank you Mike
