Update: Was pleased to hear from Masino Mental Health Services. They were apologetic and fixed every concern; including having faxed test results to Dr. B and VA. You have to respect a business that goes this extra mile. Well Done and appreciated!

Husband went here for a 2 part test for dementia; order was from Neurologist, Dr. G. Burrio. We saw Dr Burrio Friday to go over results. However, he did not have the test results. Fortunately I had brought a hard copy with me. I called the office today and was told “we don’t fax results to random offices!” What random office? It’s the office of the Dr who placed the order! You took that fax and administered the tests and filed the insurance claim. If I had not carried a hard copy with me, our drive to PCB to see Dr Burrio would have been in vain. Why wouldn’t Masino’s office at least ask, when he went in for testing, where we needed results to go?

After my child had been seen for an evaluation it took 4 weeks to get a call letting me know her results were ready (I was warned it could take this long so that’s completely fair)… HOWEVER - they told me theycould tell me over the phone what the results were in another 6 weeks or so at their earliest availability. My daughter both needs and deserves answers but it feels as if she has been given bottom priority or this business just has lack of time management skills and takes on too many patients. I am now facing daily outbursts that go on for hours and now aggressive behavior. Her appointment is in about 4 more weeks. Maybe then I can re evaluate this clinic but as for now - I DO NOT recommend to anyone.

I originally left a very long, negative review without giving the office manager a fair chance to fix things. I want to publicly thank her for taking the time to listen to my story about my daughter, helping me (even though I had cancelled my apt for my child), and still being professional and admirable with the entire situation when I was extremely emotional. Because of her, I will get help and answers needed for my child and I will wait for an apt with their clinic. The kindness and generosity she gave to me was profound. 5 stars well deserved.

If I could give this a half star, I would. Not only did they give out my sons information without ever asking me for permission, they also gave out FALSE information to the person that we were worried about abusing my son in the first place. This created an even bigger issue and fears than we had originally sought out Dr Masino for. My son had only seen his counselor two to three times (we were planning on more but were out of town for about three weeks) with concerns about possible abuse. During the first meeting they have you fill out paperwork with a sheet that asks if there is anyone else that would be permitted to call and get information on meetings or concerns. There was no one on my list. When I called to confront them on this (After the suspected abuser began to call and text hostilities seemingly out of nowhere with “information” from my sons private counseling sessions) I never received a call back. I called multiple times but the “office manager” was always “out of the office and will give you a call back”.

I am currently seeking help on base with a lawyer to see what we can be done. Will NEVER take a child to see them again.

This was a horrible experience. I was already under tremendous stress when I went to them. I saw Dr. Maddy Figerett. On the second visit, she decided to tell me that by the way she was moving to Alabama within 2 weeks and tried to pone me off on another therapist there. I told them that I did not feel comfortable with them any longer since I felt as if they had not been honest with me from the beginning. This would have been nice to know before I started with her. When I called to request my records be sent to me to bring to my new therapist, Carla, told me that Dr. Figerett would have to do a summary and that would cost me money and I would have to wait for her to do that. When I got upset about that and told her I would consult an attorney, Carla laughed at me. I called back to speak to the office manager and she said that she was to office manager. I requested that her supervisor call me and I have not heard anything. This office is the most unprofessional, what appears to be a money grabbing business with no regard to their clients as long as they can bill your insurance for it. I would not recommend these counselors at all for any reason.

Mixed emotions helped in some ways they never answer the phone I always have to go there in person to ask for things that should have been done prior and could have been requested on the phone if they would answer or call me back . I think Dr Masino is good for older military individuals not for adolescents or children and they really have no therapists for younger patients. They do neuropsych testing (they are the only ones in my area) but I would still recommend finding one somewhere else it is worth spending the time to go further away to get a more professional and accurate reading because you cannot get another one for a year make the one you get count invest the time and money like I said somewhere else. Overall some of the staff care and are knowledgeable but they are just too busy and like I said the support staff have too many other duties besides answering phones etc and alot of them are only part time I believe so things get held up and back logged.

Misleading, agree with all the other reviews he is definitely not for children also did not seem to really care or ask important questions prior to my sons evaluation very disconnected, just doing his job and not accurate on what testing the XC old needed. Take your kids somewhere else! Save yourself the headache!

Supposed professionals With no respect for the clients time. We had our appointment planned for months for my son‘s autism test his father and I both took off from our jobs for that day. They canceled it with no notice the only way we knew it was canceled was because we called to confirm the address.
