Horrible service at Más Health Center in Kendall. Never pick up the phone. Dr Bardinas after filling out the medical exam for La Alianza for mi mother that has a Diagnosis of Dementia was unable to provide me with a statement letter with of her Diagnosis for SS purposes. He sent me to a lawyer! 😳. It was only needed a letter statement 🙄. I will change my mother’’ provider for one more empathetic. Do not enroll there if you do not want to be dissatisfied and disappointed with health care services

About an hour after my review was posted, I received a call from the office nurse to give me the results of my previous checkup visit and prescribed something for Covid. I raized the review from 1 to 3 stars....

I dont think the doctors know how the office is being attended. I had an app with Dr Almaguer and I call the office as soon as they opened so he could attend my appt via phone call. They took my message and ignored me. Never received a call. I have covid and need antigist amine but I call the office and they do not answer nor attend to the messages I left. Very unreliable and irresponsible office.
