If the five stars provided in the reviews, the North Lauderdale location should NOT be included. WHAT A HELL HOLE! My mother 's cancer diagnosis when undetected for months by delaying her referrals and left their center a year ago. Today, I called their office because I am finding out that she is receiving medication refill from her old PCP and spoke with a staff member named Sheila who kept interrupted my while explaining the situation. If a pharmacy service is refilling medications for their patients, that is their issue, NOT THE PATIENT'S!! Their unprofessionalism to unreal and I told her that I will take that up to my mother's insurance provider. That office does not offer patient representation and does not cater to patients' backgrounds. In other words, LACK OF DIVERSITY!
