Came to this place today and I was disappointed because I had a hard time finding parking. They only have one section that’s close to the entrance of the building and if there’s no parking here you have to drive around numerous of time hoping someone will be leaving. I struggling to walk in the sun to get to where I was going i have never been this ill but today was very challenging and i think that this establishment should provide go cart services from the parking lot to the front entrance that would be very helpful for ppl who are severely ill.

Omg went to urgent care the other day for my ingrown toenail. Staff was cool and all but omg the person that numbed me didn’t wait for the numbing to settle in and she just went for it. Yes she did relieved my pain but I still have the ingrown toenail I’m so sad.

This clinic looks great outside.

However, the doctors who work here are simply terrible, seriously, some of them are not only unprofessional, they can also easily ruin your health.

One of the worst things that happened to me was Dr. Brown Lorenzo who works there as an ENT.

I had a problem with my ear, which other doctors did not treat correctly, and the problem only got worse, when I got to "doctor" Brown, from the first minute he began to insult me and yell at me at the top of his voice, and it seemed that it was normal, since he literally yelled at me for 15 minutes, and none of his colleagues reprimanded him, therefore this is normal there.

When I tried to stop him and leave, he said that if I left no one would help me anymore.

As a result, he kicked me out of the office without providing any help at all and lied about my visit in my medical history.

I can’t imagine why he did this, I was extremely polite to him, even at times when he insulted me, I simply asked him to stop doing it, because I really needed help.

I can guess from the insults he told me why he decided not to help me, we can say that he refused me “because of my English was not good and I'm an immigrant”, but the real reason is known only to him.

As a result, I flew to Europe where my problem was solved in 3 days, but since the problem was not treated for some time, I now have chronic tinnitus, I hear ringing in my ears 24/7, all thanks for that only to this "doctor" Brown.

I am sure that this is a problem not at the doctor’s level, but at the management level, I tried several times to tell them about this case, and as I understood, they knew what kind of person he was and how he worked, they told me to just find another doctor, the administration doesn’t care this situation.

I ended up with a LIFETIME EAR INJURY DUE TO IMPROPER TREATMENT AND REFUSION OF HELP BY DR. BROWN, not to mention the stress and amount of money I had to spend on flights and doctors. AND THIS "DOCTOR" BROWN RECEIVED MONEY FOR THIS, HE RECEIVED HIS SALARY FOR LITERALLY RUINING HEARING.

I suspect that no one cares about this, both the administration of the clinic and his colleagues. And this terrible and dangerous man will continue to work there. Just be careful with this clinic and specialy with ENT, Dr. Brown.

You can find more reviews about this "doctor" on the Internet, so it will make more sense.

To me it looks like he tried to play Doctor House, but he got only the worst parts of this character and no body care...

I’m so happy that I came in. I had been dealing with migraines and I didn’t know where to go. Getting an appointment with primary doctors takes time and so I went in and they helped me pretty quickly compare to other emergency rooms and they found an arachnoid cyst in my brain. They right away transferred me to Keck of USC so I can get treated cause they’re specialist there and I had the best experience. I’m migraine free so far. So thankful.

I’ve been a paramedic for 15 years, seen almost every aspect of healthcare, and this continues to be my choice of hospital. The providers are knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and efficient. The only complaint I have about this facility is their pharmacy is overwhelmed, but it’s easy to just go to a pharmacy at your grocery store. I will continue to receive care for as long as I can at MLK, bravo, community medicine!
