I was seen right on time. Medical assistant was very personable and knowledgeable. Also gave a completely painless vaccination! I always enjoy my appointmends with Dr. Billett. She communicates clearly, with empathy, and both my husband and I are Dr. Billett's patients, and she understands us well, the dynamics of the family, and of course, our medical histories. Very satisfied!

After having my initial visit and a few follow-up care interactions I feel I have found a great team to partner with to achieve my health goals. They have all been friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful, everyone from the front desk, medical assistants, and NP D'Angelo herself, all top notch! I am so happy to have found them.

NP Di'Angelo is very thorough and addressed all my concerns. The front desk are friendly, informative and efficient. It did take me a month to get in for a PCP appointment but it is understandable as they are busy. Staff was great with communicating scheduling, billing and the referrals I needed. Also imaging and lab for bloodwork is right next door.

Unreliable! I've had appts canceled 2 weeks prior to a scheduled visit and have to be rescheduled another month out. (1 at this clinic and another at cardiology) I've had to postpone foot surgery due to the unreliability. Provider in FP agreed to a plan of action then had the office staff call me 3 days later to change the plan. Totally unacceptable!
I won't be going back to this clinic.

Very professional staff. Dr. Petal ui is possibly the best Doctor I have ever had
