We bought a new to us 2008 Seafox with a bad outboard. We asked Mark to swap our good Evinrude Etec with the Suzuki that was on the boat.

They repowered and re-rigged the Seafox with our Etec and controls. I could not have been more impressed with the job they did. In addition to the engine swap they also replaced several failed parts that were identified in the process and pumped out the bad fuel in the tank. Mark was also able to repurpose the existing Seastar hydraulic steering system to work with our Etec. Mark also gave the Etec a complete servicing. In addition, they gave the boat a good cleaning (which it needed).

I have had other local shops work on the Etec in the past with varying degrees of satisfaction, from now on Mark's Marine will be the only folks I ask to work on my boat.

I live in Clermont Florida and which is 6 hours from Marks Marine shop. I decided to go on a limb due to great reviews in hopes I can just get some advice about what was going on with my motor. I have spoke with many mechanics that won’t even talk to you if they know you are trying to fix something yourself. Again all I needed was some help and advice. Mr Mark spent 35 minutes on the phone with me! Extremely helpful and would not take any payment I was willing to pay for the help I asked for. I am beyond thankful for his expertise and really appreciate how professional and kind Mark was. It’s hard to find someone willing to help anymore. Mr Mark thank you again!

I am new to boat ownership and had a small diesel leak on my engine. Mark came out to my boat and assessed what was wrong and ordered the right part to fix it. He was back in about a week with the replacement part and got me back up and running in no time. He even noticed my engine overheat sensor had corroded through and had a working second hand sensor he installed for me. Since he knew I was new to this he even took extra time to give me a basic run down on how my engine was laid out, the maintenance I should stay on top of and how my sensors worked. I would highly recommend Mark for any of your engine repair needs. Thank you!

I couldn’t be more impressed by the service at Mark’s Marine Service. They were spot on with their diagnosis and repair of my engine and they had the job done quicker than I ever expected. All other boat repairs shops were estimating three weeks for my job, Mark had it done in a day. Dorothy and the entire staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and professional!
