Dr. Maria De Las Mercedes Vazquez is an excellent physician! The best I’ve ever had. Her bed side manner is absolutely wonderful. So caring. But I’m absolutely devastated because I just found out today, while trying to make an appointment that she’s no longer at 3725 S. Highway 27, Suite 101, Clermont, Florida. I’m trying my best to find out where she went. I asked the office, but they say they don’t know.
