This is one or the worse medical office I have ever came across. Extremely rude. Unprofessional. The doctor is never on site. Opens at “9” but doctor doesn’t get there until 11-12. Spoke with Olivia unable to get help. She gave the phone to the doctors assistant. That lady was THE RUDEST person I’ve ever came across, while I would speak she would interrupt me, said I haven’t been in the office since 2021 but was there in 2023. They didn’t have it in their system which I NOT MY FAULT THAT IS THEIR FAULT FOR NOT UPDATING THEIR SYSEM. She was calling me a liar saying “according to my system” and said she didn’t care or unwilling to help. This company system is wrong. Horrible experience.

I would not recommend this office. They absolutely do not make appointments and only accept walk in. The Dr told me she would. Prescribe a medication and gave me directions for the medication but the office staff never follow through with the prescription and when I called to follow up a week later since I could not find the prescription at any pharmacy they told me they never made it and that they didn’t have a pharmacy on file for me which they asked me for a preferred pharmacy upon my first meeting and this was my third time being there. The staff in this office is absolutely unprofessional .You have to chase them down about everything.

Very dedicated Dr loves her patients and loves her work . I have never seen a dr si caring like her . I honestly wish we had more like her . she’s very knowledgeable. Extremely knowledgeable !!!

What a mess. I needed tests done in a certain time frame. They agreed, and sent me to their lab. They went over by many days and when i asked they blamed the lab. Who i called and the results have been in. The dr maira c cubillas just couldn't be bothered in signing the papers. They won't give me any of my records and I can't wait any longer so i had to pay another dr for the same thing. Do not waste your money here.

WORST PATIENT SERVICE EVER! They made false promises so that I would switch my primary and now once it was all said and done, they cant help. The ladies who answer the phones are extremely rude and talk down to you. Good luck keeping this practice open for much longer. Should be ZERO stars.

So I went to get some of their services and then some girl tells me that they will be on a christmas break for 2 weeks and everyone had such a lazy attitude and I even overheard some people saying they hope that no one comes today in Spanish.
