Terrible patient service, tried to make an appointment with this office for over 2 weeks, no return call, no follow-up. I finally contacted the office and spoke to the receptionist. I felt that I was inconveniencing her and that she had something more pressing to deal with. I asked if I would be able to make an appointment, she quickly stated that I would need a referral from my family practitioner. I advised her that I already had a referral from my Orthopedic Surgeon, she continued to reference the need for a referral from my family practitioner. It was very obvious that she was trying to find the quickest and most convenient way to end the call and continue with her more pressing task.

I was diagnosed with a Terminal Disease a year and a half ago, "ALS" Many of us who have this disease call it the Monster because it consumes you until death, and along its journey it leaves many of us in a state of pain that few can even imagine. Many Doctors do not understand what it is like when you tell them that it feels like your muscles are being ripped from the bone with no relief. When my Insurance changed I was really happy that I had to find a new Pain Management Dr. I prayed that I would find someone who not only cared but, knew what they were doing for the short term as well as the long term. I found both in Dr Bhandary. From his caring and Professional Staff to his high energy and expertise. From day one and for every appointment since I know that I couldn't be in better hands and trust me when I say this I know what I am talking about. I have seen my share of Doctors that had neither the skill or knowledge that Dr B' possesses.

Great staff, friendly and accommodating. They have been helping me with my back problems and I'm in a lot better shape than before. Not 100% yet but I don't expect to be this soon either. I can see over time this was a good choice
