Just experienced my first cranial sacral treatment with Mallory. I was not sure what I would experience during the session, but at the end of the session I felt at ease and relaxed.She was very intuitive and made me feel comfortable the entire time.
During my session, it was almost like inner/outer body experience, where I would feel certain emotions or past memories would pop up into my head as she held space in those areas. I can see more than one session is needed. 🙂
I think this is a great tool for me as I am going through my own healing journey. I would recommend booking with Mallory, she is very professional and kind!

Mallory never ceases to amaze me. Not only is she an amazing lash artist, but I just experienced my very first craniosacral therapy treatment from her and I feel regulated and calm, feelings I have not experienced in a very long time. I was not sure what to expect, but Mallory made sure I was comfortable with the plan and after the treatment, I literally felt lighter, a little sleepy and significantly less stressed. I felt peaceful and was able to finish my day without the familiar ball of stress and anxiety I typically carry, which was such a relief. Mallory has been the only consistent service provider that I have trusted, and I seriously think it's almost been about ten years. I initially started visiting her for eyelash and esthetician services, but Mallory has consistently shared so much knowledge surrounding spiritual and herbal healing. She is responsible for introducing me to cranial sacral and herbal tinctures and really took time to ask me questions regarding my lifestyle, health dispositions, and life habits. She personalizes and updates each client plan and can easily adapt to changes.

I think the most amazing thing about Mallory is her constant pursuit of education and her willingness to truly care for (and about) her clients. Mallory is always growing, evolving, and sharing her growth and abilities with her clients. Her personality and warmth ensures that clients aren't just "clients", but friends.

I was lucky enough to have Mallory perform my first cranial sacral, and I didn't know what to expect. She ensured I was comfortable and thoroughly explained the process beforehand which I really felt helped (as I was nervous!). As she went through her process, I felt several small points of tension and release in areas (my knees, my nostrils, the back of my neck, legs). After the process, she shared her experiences while performing the energy work and really provided great insight to energy that was felt.

Afterwards, I experienced an elongated time where I felt more in tune to my body and mind, and did not feel like I was living in a fog. It was the most peaceful I've ever felt.

I can't stress enough how much I've benefited from seeing Mallory. I feel as if she's great for first timers or more experienced clients looking for their forever healer/provider.

I recently had my first craniosacral session with Mallory during a time of intense life changes. I was completely blown away by the profound sense of relief I experienced. It was like the buzzing anxious energy inside me was finally calming down, and I didn't even realize the intense state I had been operating in.

Halfway through the session, I fell into a trance-like state and felt a wave of calm and relief wash over me. After the session, and for the entire week that followed, I felt as though I was moving through life with less weight on my shoulders despite the issues I was facing in my personal life. Mallory truly has a healing touch that is unmatched. She is so in tune with your unspoken needs and has a way of shifting energy that is absolutely undeniable.

I went to Mallory for my first Craniosacral, and I’m so glad I did! This really was a very calming experience that helped me to feel both relaxed and more energized after. While in session, it felt similar to being in a meditative state- just a nice sense of peace. I had a lot of stress going on at work that was heavily impacting my sleep, which was impacting my back. At the end of our session, and without me telling her any of this, Mallory was able to recognize that the whole left side of my back was off!
