The phone service was nice. I rented an electric wheel chair so I could take my grandchildren to the fair. Fifteen minutes before I was to pick it up I received a phone call telling me the chair was unavailable. It had flat tires !! I just had surgery and have no stamina but I’m still taking my grandkids to the fair. We will just have to take lots of brakes. Totally disappointed with this place and do NOT recommend doing or trying to do business with this place.

I have been waiting for my son’s cubby bed for almost a year now. Every time I call I get the runaround. Oh it will be here next week I’ll call you to set up delivery. Never get a call. Can never get ahold of the coordinator. This has been covered through my son’s insurance been approved for many months now. They seem to not care about getting things to their customers in a timely manner.

A seven year Client of mine has experienced numerous product and servicing delays, uncaring and poor customer service from this company. It is a shame that this organization is contracted to provide medical products to those in need.

We have had decades of incredible expertise, care, service and compassion. Our purchases have been personal and correctly suited for my brothers changing needs across the board. They are responsive to concerns and adjustments and orders both large and small. If there was one thing I would say to give it more than stars, they are really invested in the better care of our loved ones. Chris and Stacey have been so wonderful to us for so many different areas of concern and need.

Customer service was great. So, here is the reason why I rated a three.
I rented a knee scooter for a broken foot, and I didn't have time to shop around which is my fault. I just needed a way to balance myself quickly with a cast. My Dr. recommended them, so off I went to find the store. The parking lot set up is not great especially for those coming in with disabilities. The help desk is towards the back of the store instead of closer to the entrance. This may balancing a tireasome act and safety was a concern. The knee scooter they offer is bulky and is not light weight. I'm middle age and not in the worst shape, and trying to juggle the weight when loading into my Jeep is not an easy task. This creates a safety concern as well. I sympathize for those who find thot challenging as well. I'm hoping that with this review they will take a look into better options for their clients. Will be trying out crutches next.

Before I set out to purchase a battery-powered mobility aid, I consulted a doctor, Medicare and my own supplementary insurance company, the latter two on several occasions. Next, I called upwards of a dozen different medical supply companies, obtaining more and more information with every conversation.

Rising head and shoulders above the rest was Majors Medical in DeLand, Florida. Despite the fact that they no longer took Medicare—a widespread policy among medical supply companies—Stacy, an employee, patiently answered my questions and volunteered information that I would not have thought to ask. Her forthright approach to my situation convinced me to pay an in-person visit.

In visiting Majors showroom, Stacy, again, made herself available to answer my every question. Her knowledge of the product(s) they sell further encouraged me to purchase the “Golden GL141” electric scooter. Even after it became obvious that they had it sold, they still worked with me on the price.

Although I haven’t used the scooter outside the showroom/parking lot, I am convinced I made the right choice. If I could, I would score this business higher than a five.

I want 2 amend my origional experience i.e. my call re. 2 of same devices that had problems within 2 days. Decided
2 return 2 store with items & speak 2 manager, who was not there when I called. Manager, Hope was totally accommodating by refunding 1 & exchanging the other. I informed her of the very unpleasant employee on phone.

Make sure 2 Ask about returns/exchanges prior 2 purchase. I was never told & nowhere on receipt.

Kind of actually terrible. Lady who answered didn’t take any of my information and flat out told me that my insurance wouldn’t cover what I needed despite having a scrip for it.

I figured...that’s weird. I contacted my insurance company (UHC) and they told me it was definitely covered and got me in contact with two other places who also agreed that my insurance would cover said item.

So now I’m receiving what I need at no cost through a different company because the lady who answered the phone couldn’t (or wouldn’t) believe that my insurance would cover the item.

Don’t recommend this place at all.
