Terrible organization from this medical home care service agency! My mother underwent surgery and needed shower equipment for the longest time. Spoke to them on one occasion and was reassured my mother would get her shower equipment the same day. Never did. Spoke to them a week and a half later because she never received it (Reason said was because there was no address on file) yet, the first time I spoke they clearly did. Spoke to Rebecca and was reassured my mother would receive it later that same day, due to the delivery person being out of town. Never did. Almost a week later, I called back again and was told by Rebecca, once again, she did not receive it because there was no insurance on file, when all the information was given since the beginning. As an agency, they should NEVER reassure or promise a customer will be getting the service until EVERYTHING (documentation and information is in place). I'm upset and no do not recommend getting any type of service here. It's a waste of time and would have been better off purchasing our own since the beginning. However, that's why insurance comes in place for our elderly for these types of services. Major Medical, please do better!

Was very prompt in setting up Oxygen equipment for the home. Cesar Prado took time to explain how the equipment worked and how to trouble shoot. Comforting to know that Rotech is available 24-7.
