Very difficult to log in to the system! Ii then left a voicemail was hrs before I was able to to. Call back. Explain my issues then was asked to come in. I did and it was difficult to log in at the clinic! The staff was nice and to log in I had to give a phone number without a certain digit in my phone number! Was finally seen several hrs from my initial attempt to log in. Thanks that the staff was very apologetic for the system!

One nurse and one nurse practitioner there when I arrived. Two hour wait with 3-4 patients in front of me. The nurse was very thorough and kind and explained they were short staffed. Nurse practitioner was in and out in under two minutes which made me wonder how they were so backed up. NP listened to my lungs for a few seconds and said she’ll call me in a steroid, then she walked on out. But, I was at least able to get tested for flu, Covid etc to make sure I wouldn’t spread to my family, so worth it. Definitely go elsewhere if you’re looking for thorough check or good bedside manners. I’ve had this same experience anytime I’ve gone, but again, it gets the job done. The NP was also rude to a patient on the phone before she walked in my room. When she walked in, she was clearly angry. Again, in a pinch, it’ll work.

I went in tonight right before closing and felt so bad about that. I kept apologizing cause I’m sure they were ready to go home and wasn’t expecting a walk-in. I checked in online before I got there and was seen immediately. All together I was probably there 30 minutes, considering I work at the VA and understand how a doctors office works…Most people don’t understand that there are other people there being seen and it’s going to be busy at times, everybody is human. Just be kind. The young lady that helped me, Jayden, was super nice, thorough and quick! ? Thank y’all so much!!

Been to this place many times. The nurses are always amazing and today they were as well. The computer systems glitched and my name didn't show in the back system after signing in. Several people who came in after me got called back and even left before I got called back. I brought this to the nurses attention and she quickly figured out what happened and was very apologetic despite it not being her fault. I told her what was going on and she told me they would flu, covid, and strep test me as well as do a urine test for another issue I told her I was having. After all the swabs came back the doctor/nurse practitioner lady came in did a quick look over and sent the next nurse in to give me a shot. The nurse said I was good to go and I questioned about not having done the urine test. She went back to the doctor/NP who the came back in and said because it was 2 issues it would have to be 2 separate visits. She seemed very uncaring and came across kind of rude and only offered to do the urine test after I blatantly rolled my eyes and gave a look of "that makes no sense whatsoever" because that made no sense to me especially since it was mentioned at the initial intake with the nurse. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. Not the way a patient wants to feel on top of already being sick. 5 stars to the nurses this visit. 1 star to the doc/NP. Visited on 10/06/2024 arrived in office at noon and left sometime after 2pm.

I was seen very quickly after registering. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. Lab work was done on site in a matter of minutes and a prescription sent to my local pharmacy immediately. The only glitch was in the software for registration. It erroneously said the office was closed and I had to wait for that to be fixed before I could register and be seen. Other than that, it was a great experience. I love having Main Street Urgent Care so close and appreciate their convenient hours of operation.

Charged my 21 year old a $75 copay and she has 2 insurances. I have worked in healthcare for Over 20 years and this is unheard of. Tried calling numerous times to have this resolved and cannot get a call back. Be prepared to pay even if you have multiple insurances as front desk staff clearly does not know what they are doing

Made an online appointment. After checking in on a I-pad(no human insight) still waited 30mins. The young nurse that did the vitals was great. But the women who didn't introduce herself as a NP or Dr and looked like and dressed like a Walmart Shopper, was very rude didn't have the time to make a conversation and was walking out the door as I was trying to get some answers. Never got a receipt for payment or any paperwork that I had ever entered their door. Would not take my dog in this establishment.

This place was garbage. I walked in at 3:45 to an empty room and was immediately relieved thinking it would be quick. After scanning the QR code, despite it being 3:45 and them being open until 8, I was informed they weren’t taking any more patients for the day. When I used the app to speak to a “live person,” it connected me to their HQ or a call service that provided no help at all - how could they? They weren’t there. Another lady came in and I gave her a heads up that she likely wouldn’t be able to be seen. She proceeded to tell me she had been waiting in the parking lot since 11am!

I walked in to be seen, but ultimately didn’t speak to a single person who worked at this location. Very, very aggravating.

Please don’t waste your time. Take your service and your health to the Jackson Clinic at 1840 E Main Street in Prattville. I was in and out in 35 minutes with some on the spot meds and some prescriptions she was able to call in. And today, it’s the first time I’m feeling better in 11 days.
