The care I get here is the best I’ve ever gotten from any doctor’s office. All the staff is courteous and helpful. They are prompt to get in you in and seen. I feel like the practitioners actually take the time to listen to you. When there was a confusion with a prescription and the pharmacy receiving it, they were quick to get it resolved. I’m so glad I switched over to their care.

This clinic is only in it for the money. They had me coming in every 1-3 months just for a 5 minute prescription refill visit. Then I had a routine yearly exam which the Nurse Practitioner botched and I didn't even get the results, and instead of billing for the yearly exam (which would have been no cost to me, no co-pay), they billed it as a prescription refill visit and charged me a co-pay. If I could give them a zero, I would. They don't have their patients best interest in mind, they only care about billing.

Great family practice. We moved from out of state and I was dreading the thought of finding a new PCP. I have some health issues that you dread having to establish with a new doctor.

I called this morning to make an appointment for my daughter who had symptoms of a kidney infection. She would be a new patient and they were very accomodating to get her in at 10:00 am. They emailed me the necessary paperwork to complete prior to her arrival. Very nice and very professional. We appreciate them very much!

I was vomiting blood, and they scheduled my appointment a week out from when I called and said it was because I was a new patient. Mind you, I told them I was throwing up blood, and not just a little. Then an hour before My appointment, they called and cancelled because the nurse they had set up for me wasn’t gonna be there. It was rescheduled for today, at 11. We were told yesterday that my boyfriend had to work overtime, so he couldn’t take me to the doctor. Now they’re telling me that since I didn’t let them know I couldn’t make it 24 hours ahead of time that it’s considered a no call no show and the next one will be $30. But they didn’t give me a 24 hour notice or even a 12 hour notice when they cancelled my appointment. I refuse to pay for a “no call no show” when 1. I wasn’t aware my boyfriend would have to work today. And 2. They didn’t have the same respect for me that they expect me to have for them and tell me 24 hours before they cancelled my appointment.

I have used The Winston Clinic for approximately 18 years, and would recommend the Clinic to anyone. Most providers, with the exception of Dr. Scot Winston, have rotated after three years or so, but each has been outstanding, and transition to the next has been smooth without a break in service. I have worked in health care administration for over forty years, and Dr. Winston's clinic provides the highest quality of primary care, timely referrals, and professional service, both clinically and as a business. My experience with Winston clinic is very good. The doctors listen and provide not only care but the information you need. Always have provided excellent quality care.
