I absolutely love it here!!! Their staff is wonderful and I have been so happy with my all results. My husband & I have always been treated with respect, always have had our questions answered & have had all our medical needs met on the highest order. John, our PN, is such a gentleman & makes our time fun & meaningful. Last week, one of the sweet ladies at the front desk, Patti, had put extra effort into helping us, which was such a pleasure. We actually like going to this "doctor's office!"

Main Street Medical Center in Crestview FL has the most compassionate and efficient staff I’ve ever known.They take excellent care of my parents and work with our schedules to keep them healthy.
Lynette has helped us with so many things medical and nonmedical.Her support is that of a true friend and supporter.
Adam and Jonathan are always there for Dad and Mom with Dr Kolmetz support.

I had my first visit yesterday. From the time I walked in the door I felt welcome! The staff was amazing, I was taken back quickly and everyone I encountered was kind and professional! I had a lot of questions after changing doctors and was treated like my concerns were validated and my health was a priority! I feel like I have finally found a clinic where people are talking my health seriously and will do everything possible to get me back on a road to healing! Highly recommend using Main Street Medical Center for what ever ails you. Feel like your present doctor treats you like a number? Gets you in and out without really getting to know you or listen to what you have to say? Then you need to come here. Staff is fantastic and doctors take their time to know you and ask you questions. MSMC has that home town doctor feel and attitude.
I have told all my friends to come here and not one has had a bad experience. Once you make the change you will recommend MSMC to your friends and family as well.
