Dr. Ahmed is fantastic and really listens to you. She is super kind and understanding, won’t put you on medication if it’s not necessary, which I feel some doctors just throw it at you and chance they can get. She has been really helpful in getting to live a healthy life.

This facility almost cost me my life all because I offended one of the providers ego since then I've had two surgeries to fix the damage that that doctor intentionally ignored while mocking me. The office manager refused to submit my request for medical records and tried to prevent me from getting copies of it luckily I was able to go outside of their Network and request my paperwork. This office is a joke I would not suggest anyone in need of actual medical care come here unless you are ready to die. The providers also falsified my medical records to cover up their neglect

This office is useless for a primary care physician. They refuse to have any sort of walkin's, the answering service doesn't help, the only thing they tell you to do is go to urgent care. What is the purpose of having a primary care physician when you are still going to have to bounce back in to the regular system as if you didn't have one in the 1st place and pay extra money. I've called over 3 times and they still have not been able to see me and the next available time they have is over a week away. Run as fast as you can and do not go to this office!

I and my wife have been seeing Dr Amy Jackson for years. She is the absolute best, in our opinion. She is so caring and her knowledge is impressive. She discovered an aneurysm in my wife. As soon as she went to Dr Jackson she had an MRA done on my wife, due to a strong family history of stroke. My wife had non-invasive vascular surgery done to coil it. Dr Jackson is truly a life saver. She is the epitome of proficiency, love, and kindness!

The online system self canceled my wife's appointment she made. Staff says it always does this. So why have an online system? Sounds useless to me. So I wasted a day of vacation pay and will have to do so again. Useless people. Now every time I call to get our medication refills because Covid it takes weeks! We are out of medications and no help from them.

Dr Anita Ahmed took her time to listen and provide feedback. She was nice and respectful. Her front desk staff are rude and not friendly but the dr is awesome.
