I was a direct admission to Med Surge in June. Almost everything was great. Except Charmaine. She is an absolutely terrible nurse, who tries to withhold meds prescribed by doctors. And when I advised her of the medications I could recieve, and how often, she told me she was going to get it changed and kept calling me "huffy". When I asked to speak to the head nurse to complain, she tried to backpeddle. I told her to leave my room. She then came back in afterwards, so I told her to leave again. She then proceeded to wave the medication in front of me and asked "OH what, you don't want this now?" She shouldn't have that job. Other nurses told me to file a formal complaint, but I received no information on how to do so. Apparently, according to the other nurses, she's always like this. What a terrible person.

This hospital is a joke. I went there crying from pain in my lower abdominal area, had to wait an hour to be seen, no telling how long the little girl before me had been waiting. The nurses were nice enough and the only high light of the experience. I was there for 6 hours for a urine, blood, and CT test. Said the fluid in my pelvic area was fine, did not care to explain anything farther to me. Just said I was constipated, which my bowel movements that day were anything BUT constipated! Sent me home still in pain and with no explanation for why! My mother's experience was far from great as well. I had brought her in with chest pain and shortness of breath, all they did was a EKG and said she was in afib and there was nothing they could do, but monitor her. They kept her there for 4 hours and with no relief. Out of all my years working with ERs this one is by far the worst and my personal doctor was appaled.

I'm not sure why so many people hate on this hospital. Luckily I've never had a true emergency or been admitted so maybe it's different experience.

My wife had all 3 kids there and had an exceptional experience. Top notch care. Unfortunately they had to stop delivering babies.

We have used the ER for minor issues and was always treated fine. X-ray/ultrasound techs are really good.

This hospital sucks the nurses are okay ish but their equipment looks outdated the doctors are not attentive at all I asked for a blanket and they said they had to get permission and instead of getting me a blanket because I was freezing they told me id be discharged soon I was severely dehydrated from throwing up and they didn't administer fluids seriously just don't go everyone In magnolia literally recommends Texarkana over this hospital sad that the locals don't have a trust worthy hospital

My mom 86 was Brought here my Ambulance friday night for bad pain. The Doctor decided she needed blood we stayed there from Saturday night until Monday bout 3:00p.m. but it wasn't there fault they had did all they needed to do. We all was waiting on the blood well 3:a.m. Monday. All is well .the staff was really nice. Clean room my mom got her blood and doin good ?

This place is a joke. The emergency doctors are rude and hateful and don't care what is wrong with you or how sick you are. You will be there for hours with no care and half the nurses can be so rude. Second standd of care at best. I hate this place!!!

if i could give zero stars i absolutely would. each time me or a family member went here the staff is absolutely lazy and it hurts my heart because i’m a med student myself. they done a drug test WITHOUT consent on my father, and did not treat him accordingly for his stroke even though he has a history of them and cardiac issues. when i had a 2nd degree burn on my arm they made me wait 4 hours just to give me otc ibuprofen, i had to call my PCP to get proper treatment. my mother was there in the ICU and the nurses never answered her call light and were talking badly of the patients in their lobby room. absolutely trash of a hospital. if you’re in need of critical care, go to Eldorado or Camden cause they do not care and will be lazy.

This hospital is a joke I took my 5 year old there she was running 103 fever and throwing up and it had some blood in it. They ran 0 test on her barely even talked to us. The Dr came in told.us it was just allergies. She got worse throughout the night so we rushed her to Texarkana a real hospital they found out she had pneumonia. And on top of all that we got a bill from magnolia hospital charging us for test they never taken and medicine that they never gave her. If I could give 0 stars I would
