I been going there 16 yrs , 13 with Dr Sites , then Dr Laudermilk took over 3 yrs ago , he was ok at first , as time went on visits got rushed , short office staff , wait forever to be taken care of . I was excellent patient, never no trouble, then recently I had diabetes # 2 & was better treated for that, then had a colonoscopy which came back ok , then developed anal leakage , Dr Laudermilk really didn’t know what to do , so he sent me back to colonoscopy Dr , same doctor who did the colonoscopy, well he examined me then asked if I ever had colonoscopy!!!!! Really, your the one who did it last year , Oh I will have to look at your records he said 🤔🤔 don’t you check patient history before you talk with them . He suggested surgery, but said your in pain for a month & and not sure what % it would stop . So couple days later asked Dr Laudermilk if he refer me for a second opinion & if he would sign my handicap form to renew my sticker, response was what so you could park in handicap spot at Walmart then walk in & go shopping 🤣 funny doc , then slammed door & walked out , had sticker for 10 yrs , nurse never called back with another referral doctor. I called them next morning & was told by receptionist I am cancelled as a patient, no letter, no call from Crystal the office manager after receptionist said she would call me . Receptionist told me I was cancelled because doctor could no longer meet my needs & they don’t make nothing off a Medicare patient, well 16 yrs I was Medicare patient 🤔🤔. I sent letter to Crystal explaining my issue, never got a response, left me with my issues & very unprofessional to treat a 16 yr patient & leave them on the street . Anyone know who I contact or talk to attorney ?

My letter to them :
Magnolia Medical Clinic
Attn : Crystal Weatherington

Your dropping me as a patient because Laudermilk don’t need my expectations ?
Then have the receptionist tell me because you’re not professional enough to return my call . I been a patient there for 15-16 yrs never had 1 issue with Dr Sites, this guy comes along with an attitude like don’t question me I am the doctor. I read his notes , last one was I have to many complaints, well the professional way to put it is concerns , not complaints, he’s supposed to be there for the patient issues, not say well you didn’t make a appointment for what your asking & I only have so much time to see you , make another appointment. I asked questions about my diabetes, this is the way it’s handled, he sent me for a colon last year, I had it done told him at that time. I wasn’t happy with that Doctor Who did it, & now having problems with the leaking anal that he didn’t know what to do so he sent me back to the Colonoscopy doctor and he’s the one that did the colonoscopy on me and he asked me have you ever had a colonoscopy when he’s the doctor that did it. So I called his nurse and explained the situation and asked if I could get another Doctor for a second opinion rather than the same Colonoscopy doctor, then the next day I get canceled as a patient. Did I hurt his feelings because I asked for a second opinion ? I asked him to renew my handicap card, his response was well we haven’t seen you since 2019 for a back issue, well, why don’t you check your records because you sent me to Dr Cook last year because of my back, so I do have an issue & he should’ve told me to ask Dr Cook for the renewal of my handicap card since I seen him for the back issue. so I did call Dr Cook’s office for an appointment because I have a back problem still right now & I called his nurse and told her that I made an appointment with Dr Cook and I don’t need an approval anymore from Laudermilk for my handicap card, well that must’ve hurt his feelings also. That day, which was my last appointment I had an Achilles problem which just happened on Saturday and I had an appointment with him on Monday, well since I didn’t have an appointment for that he got mad because I told him about that and I was in pain, and that’s the same appointment

I had labwork scheduled at 7:30 so that I could make it to work by 8. There weren't any lab technicians in the lab; the lights weren't even on. After waiting 15 minutes, I said something to the not-so-pleasant young woman at the front desk, and her response was, "It's only been 10 minutes." FIRST OF ALL: people schedule appointments to at certain times for a reason... if you don't have lab technicians at 7:30, DON'T SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS AT 7:30. This is why people don't go to doctors. They are ignorant to the things their patients have to go through to get to appointments. And they have the audacity to want to charge you if you cancel or don't show up. WELL, YOU DIDN'T SHOW UP, SO WHERE'S MY MONEY?

Longer than usual wait times. Nasty staff. Always short staffed. Long hold times on the phone. Dropped calles. Lack of concern for patients issues. Tests ordered and no response to the results. No follow ups. Overall, look elsewhere for medical help

I love this office! They are busy for a reason. Let’s use common sense and don’t call right as they open as the lines are busy, as this is a busy office for a good reason.
I love that you can get your labs , doctors visit , ekg, bone density scan , shots , all in one place! It definitely helps avoid insurance issues. I love this practice, very convenient, efficient, professional, and the best staff from the top of the house to the doctor!

I have been a patient of Dr Paulson for many years. All my experiences were positive ones, & i've referred many others to him over the years. Last week I received a certified letter stating my dismissal as his patient, & as a patient of the clinic, due to 'noncompliance', with no further explanation. I called the clinic & was told I would receive a call back the next day. When it came, I excused myself from a business meeting to take it but ulimately, I missed more from the meeting than I garnered from the call. I'm still not clear on the reason for their decision. The office person said that my last appointment was in May of 2021. I'm diligent in making personal health my top priority, & am grateful to be in excellent health. I did need to make check-in appointments with Dr Paulson for presciption refills, & I did that without exception. The only thing I can surmise is this: my workplace offered a reduction in medical insurance premiums if one scheduled a virtual consultation with a nurse practioner, including blood pressure check & blood sample testing kit. Silly me, I remember thinking Dr Paulson will be pleased. This one-time event saved me hundreds of dollars on my health insurance, but apparently cost me my relationship with the best doctor I ever had. If there is another reason, such as a missed appointment I was not aware of, there was certainly no effort on the part of clinic staff to reach out to me. I followed my treatment plan, doctor recommendations & directives to the letter, never stopped taking my medication as prescribed, did not self-treat or self-medicate. However they define 'noncompliance' is still a mystery to me.
If you are a current patient of this clinic, please heed my warning, as it is a cautionary tale I have to tell. Be proactive in understanding the fine print of what you are signing. If you are an administrator of Magnolia Medical Clinic, it is important to make an opportunity to speak with the patient, before dismissing them. If you do not concur, perhaps review your business letter etiquette. It couldn't be more obvious in your dismissal template that your priority is increasing profit, instead of building a practice that is committed to service excellence.

Office staff is subpar. If you have prescription problems? Do not leave a message with the front desk secretaries as they will not even deliver your message to your Doctor's nurse! The people up front don't believe in HIPPA, or they need extra training about it. Just because you work at a Doctor's office does not make you a Doctor. Doctor Zachary was a bad fit right from the start. Take the medicine he prescribes or he will send you a certified letter informing you that he is no longer interested in being your physician after you told his nurse you are seeking a second opinion about blood pressure medicine(since the last 12 times having it taken it was normal). I would not recommend this medical establishment and no, I will not waste my time calling, as I have been asked to be put on hold, then hung up 9n after 15 minutes, kicked over to leave a message. Here is my message, Do better!

Came home to a letter in the mail stating I missed an appointment and that I needed to pay $25. I had an appointment 2 weeks ago that I called and cancelled. I tried to book it for the 9 th but the gentleman said I needed to fast. I said well that won’t work, and stated I would call back later that day if I could find a date that worked. He then went and scheduled me anyway for august 2nd. In my 33 years living I have never missed an appointment, as I know time is money. I sure hope the call was recorded because it will clearly state I did not agree to a date, as my schedule is made 3 weeks in advance so I couldn’t just pull a date to give. Why would I call and cancel the one appt I had and not cancel another. He needs to be coached on how to properly cancel appts and not book them without acknowledgment from the patient. Looks like I’ll be looking for a new doctor as clearly I already have to drive an hour to see my doctor. Hence why I can’t do morning appointments.
