I LOOVE Mrs Chernel !! She is amazing at listening and understanding. She gives all the tools needed to successfully succeed in her sessions. I wouldn’t want any other counselor because she is amazing with people . Especially with me ! She works with around my schedule which makes doing my sessions more convenient. I Love Her !!

Words can't express the value that Chernell has had in my life. I met Chernell at a very dark time in my life. Chernell's therapy services truly enhanced my life, and the techniques that she used helped me to endure daily struggles/issues. I moved away to another state and I longed for a therapist of Chernell's caliber, but it was very difficult to find. Now that I have returned to Alabama, I am looking forward to starting services with Chernell again! Chernell is truly a jewel!

Writing this review I can’t even began to tell you how amazing Chernell is as a therapist as I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. Going to therapy can already be hard for some but finding a good therapist is even harder. She’s not just good she’s amazing ! I’m so very grateful that I have Chernell as my therapist. She’s a great listener, encourager, and supporter. You can definitely tell she wants what’s best for you and your well being. I would highly recommend her services you won’t regret it!

Chernell is an AWESOME therapist! From the moment i walked into her office and met her i loved her spirit. Just from a few moments of conversation she was able to pinpoint key issues in my life. She’s a great listener and she is very determined to help you come up with a plan that is going to move you forward in your healing process. She is very invested in her clients and making sure that when you leave her services you have everything you need to continue to go forward. Chernell is simply heaven sent. She is truly amazing at her work. I've had alot of life changing events to occur within the year from moving into a new home, getting married, and living with my blended family. I was struggling to adapt to my new life. Chernell gave me the knowledge to utilize certain tools to work through my issues. She even decided it would be best if my husband attended the sessions as well. I'm so happy she did. She made us both feel very comfortable to be completely honest and transparent. No judgment what so ever. After attending our first session together, of course there's homework. Without putting in the necessary work I don't think we (my husband and I) would be where we are today, happily married. As we continued to do the work and use the tools such as communication, rebuilding our foundation, intentional planning of spending more time with each other, actively listening to each others concerns, and being on the same page with parenting our kids, we realize how drastically our married and bond strengthened. At our last session, as soon as we walked through the door she could tell the difference. We were both glowing because she gave us what we needed to be better for one another and our family. We can't thank Chernell enough for getting us back on the right track to be happily married and not just married. I would highly recommend her for any challenges anyone is facing in life.
