Amazing! Alex gave me a full face make up application which made me feel beautiful! While applying, he answered all my questions, assisting me on which products/shades work for me and the look I was going for. JD did my makeup today flawlessly. They were so attentive, held great conversation, listened to me, and I walked away looking gorgeous (what more can you ask for!). They were able to educate me on the various products they used while still helping other clients in between. Forever grateful to this location, they truly have some amazing employees.

If you want new, pristine and a low-key atmosphere, stop by the Westfield Shopping center Mac store. This is an awesome store. I actually don’t mind taking my wife there. She’s happy so I’m happy. My wife and I had great customer service by the two ladies I was helped by. I don’t remember their names, I’d like to give them credit. Happy wife, happy life!!

I've someone who loves Halloween and always tries for authentic outfits, and usually to the point where I require various types of make up to make it work. However, most stores, like MAC, generally are pretty rude about it if you ask for unusual colors for lipstick or make up, like navy blue.

I went to MAC today expecting a rude or indifferent response to questions about make up for Halloween, especially after the most recent reviews, but the two artists at the counter were quick to try to help. Sarah in particular went all out trying to help me find the right shade of blue for make up.

While they didn't have the right shade for me, she recommended multiple other places and was charmingly friendly. It was a great experience and I hope I have the excuse to go back.

When I walked in Thursday afternoon the two artist were just chatting and ignored me for a while then the one artist she was incredibly rude to me regarding a tester. I did need to get something as I wasn’t sure when I could next get to a Mac next unfortunately. After paying I saw she wiped product on the back of the item I purchased. I did not want to deal more with her so left and will never go back to this mac again. Would give a 0 if possible. Worst experience I’ve had in LA. I’m not one to write bad reviews either.

Extremely rude employees! Came in to pick up an online order and wanted to try a mascara, got yelled at instead. Both the lady at the counter and the makeup artist were giving such an attitude that I’d never come back. Hope the management takes note.

This was my first time at a MAC store ever as I was starting to look for concealer options and the one staff person there Schuron was literally a fairy godmother to me and my best friend. She was so sweet, joyful, personable, funny, eager to help, patient with all of my questions, and just all around welcoming. My friend even said “I have never felt more safe in my life” and I agreed. Thank you for the best customer service Schuron and I’ll always come back to this MAC store. Please make her a spokesperson or something, she deserves all the spotlight for her positive energy!
