We received our order very fast. The delivery person JR was so nice! He waited patiently as it took me a minute to get to the door. He was polite and very professional. I was greeted with a smile. He asked me where I would like him to place the order. M&M is by far the BEST medical supply company. If I could give M&M more than 5 stars, I would. THANK YOU M&M medical for having such a nice, caring, and professional employees like JR delivering our medical supplies!!

The adult premoistened wipes has been replaced by a much smaller container and the opening/closing port, has been eliminated.
Obviously, they are paying a lot less from such a low quality product. However, the price that they are changing the health insurance plan, is the same.
Shame on those managers of M and M.
Also, the workers are very rude!

Quick and easy to deal with

The clerks at the office are unprofessional, worst customer service I ever had. Driver never call before delivery as I was told they would do. They just show up whenever they like.

The delivery was the wrong size and another missing item to my 85 yrs dad's home, and they expect him to take the wrong item to the store to exchange it. We finally set up a date for re-delivery, but the driver never showed up, Then delivered it again but still wrong size wrong item, then they said we never told them what size we want, and said, if we don't like their services, go found someone else. They are rude and ridiculous. Please, if you have an option, they use these people, you will waste your time and get your blood pressure high.
