We initially had a different local pediatrician and something about her just felt “off”, so we made the switch to Dr. Keefe & Dr. Lee and could not be more pleased with our decision. It was a night and day difference. Both doctors are warm and welcoming, but also no nonsense straight shooters- exactly what I need as a first time mother who does not want to just be placated. They’re so sweet with our baby and make it so easy to get into contact with them, without making me feel like a burden. They also don’t talk down to us, which is a breath of fresh air as first time parents. 10/10 SO GLAD we made the switch!

I like that it’s close to my house and that the doctor and nurses will talk on the phone to help answer questions instead of just making you spend money coming in every time you have a simple question. Another good note is the doctor will also let you call their personal cell phone for any emergency questions. 🙂

As a first time mom with a newborn, finding a good pediatrician was crucial for my husband and I. I am pleased to say that I believe we made the right decision by choosing Dr. Keefe & Dr. Lee! Everyone in the office is helpful and comforting to new patients. Both Dr. Lee and Dr. Keefe have been thorough in their practice at each visit, never making us feel rushed or anxious. They have taken their time at each appointment to make sure we are fully taken care of and have all our questions answered. It is such a relieve to know we have chosen an office that looks after their patients so well! I must say Mrs. Jennifer RN has also been great. Like the rest of the staff, she is knowledgeable, compassionate and has been very helpful!! Thank you all for great care thus far in Baby Gray’s life!

Excellent doctor with amazing staff. Dr. Keefe and her staff are responsive, amiable, and remember details about our family and children more than any other doctor we've ever known. We like this office so much that we are willing to drive 35 minutes for appointments. Her office is the cleanest pediatrician's office I've ever visited, and the way they schedule patients is very efficient and ensures there is minimal potential for contact with other sick children (unlike other offices we have visited where there can be as many as 15 children and their families packed in to a waiting room). We highly recommend Dr. Keefe!

Both physicians are amazing. I am an ICU nurse and the way they have been there to help my 4 year old get her asthma under control has been exceptional. I could not find a pediatric dr in the area that would take it seriously. The entire staff is lovely, they called me within days to check if my referral had called me yet!! That is very great for a medical office!! So very happy to finally have a great pediatric practice for my kids.

I wish there was a negative star I could give this women. This pediatrician needs her certs checked with the medical board or she needs to go back to medical school! I took my daughter to her twice in one week for flu symptoms and she never tested her. She looked me in my eyes and told me multiple times she didn't have the flu and there was nothing I could do for her but pushed the flu mist. Five days later with a 103 fever I had to take my daughter to the ER, she was tested for the flu and was positive. She was prescribed Tamiflu (a little late but better than never). She misdiagnosed my daughter twice! But I was told by Lynn Keefe there was nothing I could do or give her for the flu. She will not be seeing my daughter again and I am requesting that my insurance company not pay her because she didn't provide care to my daughter properly.

All about the money.. My family and I are new to Florida moving from Cincinnati Ohio. Saw reviews on Dr Keefe and thought this would be a good fit. Little did I know she bills to review medical records.. My insurance didn't pay her because its not an actual service so she then billed me $25.00. I asked her to please waive it and she wouldn't budge. So she lost a patient over $25.00. She kept insisting that she received the chart and truly provided this great service yet she kept referring to my son as a "her" and "she" over the phone.. Hmm if you read his medical records that thoroughly that you want to charge $25.00 for it then you'd think she would know he is a BOY.
