Went to see Mrs. Nikki for the first time and it definitely will not be our last! Being self employed we do not have insurance so we love the convenience of paying a monthly (very reasonable) fee and then being able to text her when we need her. She replied promptly and was able to see us in the same day! Her visits are laid back yet super thorough. She’s the absolutely sweetest and cares about her patients! She isn’t trying to push anything on us and treats us like she would treat herself or her family. My 8 year old said, “she’s the best doctor he’s ever been to!” Highly recommend!!

I came across Lyndsay Health online and was excited to find a direct primary care option in Lakeland. I work in healthcare and understand firsthand the frustration and difficulty of costs, insurance, long waits, etc. I’m familiar with the DPC model and a huge advocate. It saves time, bureaucracy, and money for the patient. I was so glad to find Lyndsay Health and also found the pricing very good (I previously used a DPC provider somewhere else and it was about $30/month more).

I had my first appointment today. Good location, clean facility, kind staff. I didn’t feel rushed and felt like Nikki and the team were focused on me instead of rushing from patient to patient like most other clinics. It was easy to make an appointment and get in right away. There’s also options to do phone, text, or email communications for a quick response.

I’d highly recommend Lyndsay Health to anyone, even if you already have primary care. It’s a more affordable and convenient way to take care of your primary or urgent care needs.
