I was frustrated, I was a new patient having just moved here, I am a retired Dr. I called for a appt stating I needed clearance for surgery. At my visit I stated I am here for clearance for surgery my last complete physical was 6 months ago. When my surgeon sent the clearance form I was told I needed a second visit as only a greet and meet was done, I said no problem, however I was then told there were no openings available before my surgery. I was placed on a waiting list, a few days latter I called to check why I hadn’t been called and was told Lynde was out of the office until after my surgery. Lynde’s care was fine but the office needs better training I was left in a difficult situation.
