Honestly, I like the product but the customer service leaves so much to be desired. Quite frankly, this was probably one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever had.

I reached out to the lulu customer service team ( via email and IG DM) after an order of 40 bars of soap that I placed was cancelled by the company. The CX agent implied that I was the reason that my order was cancelled ( incorrect payment details that were in fact correct).

It's been over a month that i've been reaching to their customer service team practically begging them to take my money. Clearly they don't value their customer and I will think again before i spend my hard earned money with this company.

Good products but horrible customer service. I’ve been a long time customer trying to support female black owned businesses. However I have noticed on many occasion that they’re very unaccommodating to their customers. Even simple inquiries are met with major attitude as if you don’t have the right to question their policies. Whoever is running their correspondence department needs major training in simple customer interactions. I’ve finally reached my limit and will no longer be spending my money with this company. Very unprofessional and lacks basic understanding of common courtesy. Buy with this company knowing that if you need assistance you won’t be met with much tact.
