I was a veteran referral to Dr Luca years ago. I 8 yrs later just now won my appeal with the Board of Veterans Appeals in DC. Nobody matches Dr Luca for compassion, care, knowledge, experience and professional manner. I highly recommend for anyone, family to consider Dr Luca to assist in any behavior or mental health issues. She's a resource that could be invaluable for saving a marriage, or a child from harming themselves. Thank you Dr Luca for your evaluation which was instrumental in eventually winning my claim. Dr. Luca has been instrumental in helping me find the right approaches to deal with my anxiety/depression and newly diagnosed ADHD. I really appreciate her less-is-more approach, unlike doctors who just try to throw meds at a problem instead of understanding the problem and finding alternative ways of "fixing" it, per se. She is very attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about many different areas. I would absolutely highly recommend her to anybody needing a psychiatrist.
