The most caring doctors and staff I’ve ever had in my 52 years. I can’t say enough and how much I appreciate them. I’ve been blessed with Sierra and Shirley so i always include them in my prayers.

Dr. Lili A. Lustig and her staff showed no sympathy nor ethnical standers for my 81 years old mother in her visit today at Lee Health clinic in North Fort Myers location. My mother which have a upcoming last minute surgery need to have lab work done in a timely manner. I specifically called and made the appointment stating the reason for the visit. Got there, no doctor on site, even though medical clearance can only be sign by a physician not a nurse practitioner. Danielle the supposedly nurse practitioner, seems to be so busy (even though the office didn’t have no one seating in the waiting area). She didn’t even bother to go to the room to fully understand what my mother appointment was for. Instead she kept sending the medical assistant back and forth from the room about ten times, which also have no clue about anything and stated “ I don’t know anything. “I just work here”. Since nothing could be done. I ask for the lab work being send with a STAT status. The nurse practitioner stated that Dr. Lustig didn’t feel that was a good reason for the STAT status. Even though have 4th July Holiday in the middle of the week and my mother surgery is in seven days. I plea with the nurse Danielle that the lab results would not come back on time for my mother surgery. She simple replied “well doctor didn’t sent STAT and I’m not going to reach out to her again. She might need to reschedule the surgery”. Without any more to say. I hope her mother doesn’t be in same situation and only then she might be doing the extra mile for someone she cares because obviously she doesn’t care much for Lee Health patients. Shame on Dr. Lili A. Lastig and nurse practitioner Danielle.

The Dr’s here can be great, the problem is the service. Every time I have an appointment they are always backed up!! Well I had the very first appointment in the morning, they said I needed to be there at 7am for a 730am appointment. Well I was standing outside the door until after 7 as ALL the employees were pulling in. In my experience, if you open at 7 I would advise you to be there BEFORE 7 so you have your business open and ready to go. Now it makes sense why this place is always an hour behind.
Update: that same appointment, Dr wasn’t even there for my 720 appointment!!! Went through the whole process and no one here. Unexceptional!! Horrible clinic. If you have a job, find somewhere else. They don’t care about your time.

WOW So glad to have found this office and Dr. Leclair. She was so wonderful and I left feeling very reassured. The whole office was very clean and felt safe and well run. Definitely worth the little drive for me from Matlacha. Five stars FOR SURE.

I hate waiting and I hate doctors, or any reasonable facsimile thereof. I also hate being condescended to more than I hate either of the first two. BUT, I have not had a bad experience with any of these things at Lee Health North. Really. As far as I'm concerned as long as the front desk folks are cordial enough, then fine. I'm not there to make friends or pick up women. As long as they are efficient, I'm Kool and The Gang. They seem to meet these requirements. The worst part is waiting for the idiot in front of me to get out their insurance card WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN WAITING 15 MINUTES. Quit jabbering on your phone and BE PREPARED. I like my provider there because she shoots it straight. No BS. I've never waited an unreasonable or even annoying amount of time for attention from any of the staff whatever their medical rank.

I had the same Doctor here for quite a few years and then she left for another line of business - will miss you Janet Loo!~! But nonetheless - great knowledgeable people and my new Primary is awesome!
