I arrived early to take care of any paperwork. I was on time for my 1:45 appointment, sitting in the waiting area for imaging. At 2:45, I still hadn’t been calked for my MRI. Everyone that had come on after me had already been called back and, most had already left. I asked the receptionist what the deal was but first I had to interrupt her extensive texting session. She gave a slight attitude before picking up the phone and calling someone. Then hung up the phone and just said they were running behind. But yet, everyone else had made it thru and gone. Finally at 3:09, they came out for me. When we were walking back to the door that goes out side to the MRI trailer, she asked me to sit down and wait some more. She said, “ have a seat here, I’ll come get you when they are ready. They just have to clean up the room”. So sat and waited longer. A 1:45 MRI appointment, didn’t happen till 3:30. I’m sorry but that is not good customer service. Not by any stretch of the imagination. The only reason I gave it any stars was because once I finally made it to the MRI, it was good from there. You failed miserably in the beginning. Let’s do better. I know it can be done. MRI’s only take on the average 30 min. They had enough time to do 3 before mine.

Andrea and Sophia in L&D and postpartum were amazing! Andrea rushed to get me all checked in ASAP so she could get my epidural going as quickly as possible since my labor was advancing rapidly. She was very knowledgeable and kind and relaxed. Sophia helped us in postpartum recovery and was very kind as well and informative. All the nursing staff gave me confidence in our care while also giving us time to rest. Thank you all for a great experience <3

I just had a tubal removal this morning, and I had an amazing experience. Dr. Webb, anesthesia, and all the nursing staff were wonderful and really put me at ease. I was very nervous leading up to the surgery, and they helped reassure me and made me feel comfortable. It was a pleasant experience, and I am so grateful! Thank you! Some of the Nurses assisting me were Susanna and Candy, among others, who I unfortunately did not get names but I appreciate all of you!

I delivered my first baby here and the Labor and Delivery nurses were absolutely incredible! Shout out to Jessica, Stephanie, Andrea, Shannon, Ivy and Marissa! They were so caring for me and my baby, made me feel comfortable during my stay and extra attentive. I am so grateful for all of the staff!

My mother needed to be hospitalized during our vacation at Key West. The nurses on Lower Keys Hospital's 3rd floor are knowledgeable, skilled, kind, patient, and quick to respond - everything you hope for from a nurse. They have a hard job and they do it so well. I took my hubby to Lower Keys Medical Center emergency cause he fell and hurt his leg and from the moment we entered the hospital we were welcomed like family, I want to thank Dr. Kimberly Jones, Jessie, Mallory, Tyrone, Jovany for taking the unbelievable care with my husbands injury and assisting me in comforting my concern. We went to have Orlando's stitches removed and Monica the patient intake staff was very welcoming and nice, then we entered the office and was assisted by Nurses Maureen and Brittany and Yaritza the patient care lady were so kind and caring and we felt like family. We want to please have this review shared with the new CEO Felix “Drew” Bigby and Ms. , Lynn.Corbett-Winn. Thank you LWMC for having the best medical staff that we have been cared for several times.

I cannot thank the staff and most especially the nurses enough! Even when wait times are tough, the staff is still compassionate and efficient. I’ve seen drunk people screaming at them, I’ve heard traumas come in, babies in pain, things that would break my spirit and yet they not only function, they deliver kindness and care. Nobody likes going to an ER, especially if there is a wait, but when you know you’re in good hands and you’ll be treated with respect, it’s everything.
