LES Harm Reduction is MOST HELPFUL & SO excellent. They are extremely helpful and, have everything that a person would need as an addict to be clean and, be motivated to stop using. I recommend this to all addicts, or anyone who needs a harm reduction place to go.

If you want to go there it is because you may feel you need to. It is worth the try, one day at a time, remember, we can't be productive in society if we deny ourselves the aid and resources this great city has for us. The staff is wonderful. I am happy to know of it and have no desire to return to my former self before learning of this joint. You are not alone, it isn't easy to make the necessary changes to be happy without the nectar of the gods nevertheless if you are curious about raising joint, go, ask questions, your life is worth it, live, let live, keep it moving. They can and will assist you when you are ready.

I have only been here as a volunteer, but I can fully support the work done by the Lower East Side Harm Reduction Center. If you need to use drugs responsibly, then this is the place to get help. On the other hand, if you are looking for a rewarding place to volunteer, this is a worthy place. We New Yorkers should be grateful non-profit organizations like the Lower East Side Harm Reduction center exist to help our neighbors and treat all humans with dignity and respect.

Great harm reduction service, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. SUPPLY clean equipment for injecting drug users as well as health info, education and referrals. There is a medical van that attends once a week (maybe more) with nurses and doctor. You can get tested for.blood borne viruses access methadone treatment, get acupuncture, speak with a counselor and even get.your mail delivered there.

Okay place to sit and chill for a little when you need to. There are computers that you can use. Most of the time they have soup, and in the morning they have coffee. Only down fall is it gets sort of crowded and some of the employees are very rude. Oh and I almost forgot, they have the TV on, usually on ION.
