Joey was great. I feel very comfortable after my first visit to the clinic today. We have a plan of action and I feel very comfortable with my provider. She certainly does know quite a bit.

The new Mesa office is beautiful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have felt much better since starting treatment here. Only three stars because of the way pricing has been handled. Current price is now 50% more than when I first started (about a two year time frame). The last price increase of 25% implemented with zero notice, even for people that had already done labs and had appointment scheduled under the previous price model. I realize their position will be that they are still fairly priced based on the industry and that may be. In my opinion, valued and repeat customers deserve a little bit of notice before making drastic changes to fee structure so they can properly decide now to manage their health and financial needs.

I was having all sorts of problems, and I thought I was depressed, or crazy, or maybe a thyroid problem and I was just so exhausted all the time, and the hot flashes were my breaking point. I’m in my late 30s so I didn’t think it could be hormones. I had discussed my problems with my regular doctor and she told me to lose weight and thought it was absurd to check hormone levels because she wouldn’t do anything for me anyways. My Aunt recommended that I come in to LoveJoy and get my hormones checked. Great recommendation because my levels were off. Within weeks of having the pellets put in I started to feel like my old self. I had more energy, I wanted intimacy with my husband more, and my overall enjoyment of life is tremendously better. I come in weekly for b12 or super b injections, and everyone is always so friendly. My husband has been doing testosterone shots for almost 2 years at a different facility but he just switched over to LoveJoy and I’m excited to see his journey and he’s happy to only have to go in about twice a year versus needing to go weekly for his shots.

So far, my experience has been excellent with LoveJoy. I’m excited to go through my peri and menopausal years, hopefully with less negative symptoms, because of the pellets. So far, I’m just getting testosterone and it’s helped my sleep and hip/back pain, which is awesome. I think it’s only going to get better the more we figure out my levels. Everyone has been so nice, inviting, and understanding. It’s what women’s healthcare should be!!

I have had only 1 round of testosterone pellets. BUT I am a totally different person! I am a 41 year old mom of 3 girls and I have hypermobility syndrome. I have been to Dr after Dr after Dr complaining of dragging, tired, old feeling and every Dr would check my blood and tell me "you're numbers look good." And send me on my way. On top of that, my sex drive was non existent!
I was also convinced that i had started into perimenopause. A friend mentioned I look into lovejoy clinic.
Just for reference, my estrogen levels were fine, but my testosterone should be 80-200 for my age and it was less than 12. Of the 10 side effect of low testosterone, i had all but 1.
We went forward with just treating my testosterone and 2 to 3 days later, I could not believe my functioning levels!!!! I had 20 year old energy (sex drive too!!!!)! I am sold!
Aside from my personal numbers and results, the team and experience building up to it was so amazing! I was able to ask any questions (even could I take my low testosterone numbers to an endocrine and have my insurance cover it?-answer-no bc fda and drs dont think testosterone management is worth it in women). They had the answers and were so worried about you, not the money.
I HIGHLY recommend LoveJoy! What they sell is the real deal (and custom built for your body/life) and the crew that comes with it is a bonus.

This was the first time at the Mesa office.
The staff was professional, polite and helpful.
The office is beautiful.
If your hormones are out of balance everyday life can become challenging even hard to accomplish. Go get your hormone levels checked and use the bio- identical pellets to help you improve or eliminate your symptoms and live your best life!
