Doctor and nurses were wonderful! Lab technicians were horrible— were not particularly kind or nice and stuck me multiple times (in odd locations) without success. Didn’t seem to know how to draw blood. Left and went to imaging center where she succeeded easily (in normal spot inside elbow) on first try without pain.

I adore Dr. Louisa Tolentino. She's extremely thorough, always professional and caring. She gets a 5.0 rating. However,
Baptist Health needs to provide more personnel resources to Primary Care Partners physicians to provide optimum care for their patients. Therefore, Baptist Health receives a mere 2.0 rating from me.

The staff is very friendly and efficient, and Dr. Tolentino is the best!!! She cares about her patients and takes the time to listen to our concerns. I never feel like she is in a hurry.
My only suggestion is that Staff needs to be trained on what OOP means in regard to health insurance. (Maximum “out of pocket”.) Once people meet their deductible AND their annual OOP, their insurance covers 100% of their medical expenses.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tolentino's for almost 5 years and am very happy with her and her team. She takes time to ask questions and provides excellent medical care. She follows-up with phone calls too which is not standard practice for my previous primary care provider. They also are very responsive to the patient portal which is very convenient for any of my health care questions or prescriptions renewals. The whole team at this facility, from checkin to checkout is outstanding!
