I had a 3:30 p.m. appointment and arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes, I was admitted to the room and informed that the doctor was unavailable but would return soon. However, after an hour past my appointment time, I was told that the doctor was still unavailable and could either reschedule or continue waiting. I asked about another doctor, but was told none were available. I mentioned that this was my first appointment and that it had taken six months to get here. The nurse confirmed that it would likely take another six months to see the doctor and suggested I could potentially be added to a cancellation list but with no guarantee. Disappointed with the lack of care and attention, I declined to make another appointment and left.

I normally don't leave reviews but I feel like this one is necessary. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

My GI specialist (Dr. Patel) was extremely rude. I had two family members who accompanied me to my appointment. They had made prior arrangement at their jobs in order to be with me for emotional support. The specialist immediately entered the room with hostility and kicked my family member out of the room and wouldn't even bother to give me a second of his time to hear the new symptoms I was experiencing. I waited so long for this appointment for NOTHING! I am already in the process of switching to a different office.

Also, the receptionist's are horrible at communicating with the patients. The ONLY good receptionist's at this office is a female named Liz. She is the best. However, everyone else is extremely complex.

DO NOT believe the positive reviews on this place. It is most likely a family member, friend, or themselves, that is leaving a positive review so the office doesn't look bad. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

I don't often write reviews but this clinic and everyone who works there deserves special mention. I was in a bad mood when I called and I was a bit rude. Clinic response: Appropriate mild but firm rebuke by Office Manager and at procedure they were amazing!: Everyone was incredibly professional, incredibly warm, courteous, responsible and helpful from reception and including all of the techs, nurses, aides. Dr. Patel was direct, warm, personable and clear. A great place! Highly recommend!

For the first time ever since I have been going here I felt like I was being run through a cattle yard. First they had me come in early to make sure they get their money, the receptionist was busy looking at herself and gave me someone else’s license and medical cards. The " prescriptions for the preparation “ were over the counter and cost me 3 times the amount I could have gotten them for. I thought it strange that I only had to prep for one instead of the normal two days, resulting in an incomplete colonoscopy, now I have to go through it all again in 2 weeks. And you know that they will charge me again for everything. No apologies nothing.
The receptionist also gave me my instructions with a complete different time to arrive.
Definitely has gone to the lowest level of care. Very disappointed with them.

Waited 3 months for an apt with Dr. Siddu and then they cancelled at the last minute and then wanted me to wait another month and a half. VERY POOR PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND THEIR PHONE SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK EITHER. I'LL FIND ANOTHER PLACE!

Front staff had good customer service. While getting my procedure the doctor and staff made me feel really comfortable. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

Very bad service. Nobody answers patients phone calls. You can die in pain forever waiting. The staff is extremely unprofessional, non caring and rude. This clinic should be not in business putting your health and life in danger because they don't care about your life threatening medical condition.
